摘要
Zl50裝載機(jī)是我國(guó)輪式裝載機(jī)系列中的中型產(chǎn)品，該機(jī)是一種較大型的以裝卸散狀物料為主的工程機(jī)械，廣泛應(yīng)用于礦山,基建,道路修筑,港口,貨場(chǎng),煤場(chǎng)等地進(jìn)行裝載,推土,鏟挖,起重,牽引等作業(yè)。
Zl50裝載機(jī)屬于ZL系列，采用輪式行走系，液力機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系，交接時(shí)車架，工作裝置采用液壓操縱，所以該機(jī)具有機(jī)動(dòng)性好,轉(zhuǎn)向靈活,生產(chǎn)率高,操縱輕便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，另外，該機(jī)后橋布置為擺動(dòng)橋，增加了整機(jī)的穩(wěn)定性，所以該機(jī)安全性好。
Zl50裝載機(jī)采用液力變矩器,動(dòng)力換擋變速箱,四輪驅(qū)動(dòng),液壓轉(zhuǎn)向,嵌盤式制動(dòng)器,鉸接式車架的先進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)，具有牽引力大,操作方便,轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑小,作業(yè)效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
設(shè)計(jì)步驟簡(jiǎn)單如下：1.對(duì)裝載機(jī)的總體進(jìn)行分析，確定總體參數(shù)；2.牽引計(jì)算，確定出各檔及各檔傳動(dòng)比；3.對(duì)裝載機(jī)進(jìn)行整體布置，并繪出總體布置圖；4.工作裝置的設(shè)計(jì)為重點(diǎn)，采用相似設(shè)計(jì)，以ZL20輪式裝載機(jī)的鏟斗為參考斗進(jìn)行新的鏟斗參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)及選型；采用圖解設(shè)計(jì)法對(duì)動(dòng)臂,斗四連桿機(jī)構(gòu),斗油缸四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)尺寸進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，并著重對(duì)鏟斗進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，其中包括鏟斗外形尺寸,確定在裝載機(jī)上的位置,強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算。

Abstract
The loader ZL50 iswheel type and it is much bigger among the series made in our country.It is suitable for loading discharging materials and it applies for mine,capital conduction,road builing ,port,field,coalfield and carries loading ,pushing dust ,diging rising weight.
The loader ZL50 is ZL series.It adopts whell type system, liquid engine driving system,ream meet vehcle type, working set of hydraulic pressure contolling.So it has good flexibility, turn agility high productivity,controlling handiness ets. Its back bridge ,so increases the stability of whole machine,and it has a good security.
Being quipped with advanced devices such as hydraulic torque conventer power shift gearbox four wheel driving,hydraulic chuck disk break and artallated frame .So the loader model ZL50 is featured with high pulling capacity,small turning radius.all of which make it possible for easy operation.thus resulting in the high efficiency of our product .
In my design,I adopt counter shaft power shift transmission’s construction is simple and maincenance is easy .the transmission has two forward and one reverse gear ,it can provide three speeds.
