聘請(qǐng)法律顧問合同格式（附英文）＿＿＿＿＿＿（以下簡(jiǎn)稱甲方）因工作需要根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)律師暫行條例》的有關(guān)規(guī)定，聘請(qǐng)＿＿＿＿＿＿（以下簡(jiǎn)稱乙方）的律師為法律顧問，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商訂立下列協(xié)議，共同遵照履行。一、乙方委派律師＿＿＿＿＿＿擔(dān)任甲方的法律顧問，為甲方提供法律幫助，依法維護(hù)甲方的合法權(quán)益。甲方指定＿＿＿＿＿＿為法律顧問的聯(lián)系人。二、法律顧問工作范圍：１．為甲方解答法律問題，必要時(shí)提供法律意見書。２．協(xié)助草擬、修改、審查合同和有關(guān)法律事務(wù)文書。３．接受甲方委托，參與經(jīng)濟(jì)合同談判。４．接受甲方委托，擔(dān)任代理人，參加訴訟、非訴訟、調(diào)解、仲裁活動(dòng)。５．應(yīng)甲方要求，向職工進(jìn)行法制宣傳教育。６．接受甲方委托、辦理其它法律事務(wù)。三、律師的工作時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)，根據(jù)甲方的提議，隨時(shí)聯(lián)系約定。四、甲方向乙方每月繳納聘請(qǐng)律師費(fèi)＿＿元。律師費(fèi)用按季繳納，參加訴訟、非訴訟、調(diào)解、仲裁、以及項(xiàng)目談判，收費(fèi)按規(guī)定另議。五、律師受甲方委托，外出差旅費(fèi)由甲方支付。六、甲方應(yīng)向律師提供與業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)的情況、資料和必要的工作條件。七、本合同自雙方簽字之日起生效，期限為＿＿年。八、本合同一式兩份，雙方各執(zhí)一份，具有同等效力。甲 方（公章） 乙 方（公章）甲方代表（簽字） 乙方代表（簽字）甲方電話： 乙方電話：（簽字）地 址： 地 址：簽約時(shí)間： 年 月 日簽 約 地：【名稱】 CONTRACT ON RETAINING LEGAL COUNSEL【題注】 【章名】 Whole document__________ ("A" hereinafter) would like to retain ___________ ("B"hereinafter) as its legal counsel, according to "Provisional Rules onLegal Counsel of the People's Republic of China". The two parties throughconsultation hereby agree upon, and shall be bound by, the followingterms:1.
