基于三維的柴油機氣缸體三面鉆削組合機床總體及右主軸箱設計
摘要:柴油機氣缸體是需要大量生產(chǎn)的零件。為了提高加工精度和生產(chǎn)效率,需要設計一臺組合機床來改善它的加工情況。本課題設計一臺加工柴油機氣缸體的三面鉆削組合機床,主要完成機床總體和右主軸箱的設計工作。根據(jù)柴油機氣缸體的結構特點、加工部位、尺寸精度、表面粗糙度及生產(chǎn)率等要求,確定該機床為單工位臥式組合機床,機床采用臥式單工位三面加工的方案,加工和裝配的工藝性好,零件裝夾方便;為確保加工精度,采用“三面”的定位方案;為實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速,操作可靠,選擇液壓滑臺;根據(jù)零件的大小及被加工孔的位置確定主軸箱的輪廓尺寸;由加工工藝選擇滾珠軸承主軸,通過計算扭矩確定主軸和傳動軸的直徑;齒輪的模數(shù)是通過類比法確定;齒輪齒數(shù)和中間傳動軸的位置是由“計算、作圖和多次試湊”相結合的辦法確定。本組合機床加工效率高,成本低,加工精度高,操作使用方便,減輕了工人的勞動強度,提高了勞動生產(chǎn)率。

Design of General and Right Headstock of Modular Machine Tool for Precision drilling Holes of Three-Side Based on Cylinder Body of Three-dimensional Diesel Engine
Abstract: The diesel cylinder body is a product which needs mass production. In order to improve the disposition and the production efficiency, designing a high effective modular machine tool is needed to improve the production of the diesel cylinder body. This topic is the design of general scheme and right headstock of modular machine tool for precision drill holes on three-side of diesel cylinder body. According to the request of construction features, processing spot, size precision, surface roughness and productivity of the diesel cylinder body, sets the machine tool for single location horizontal type modular machine tool. The modular machine tool uses the horizontal-type single location three-side processing plan, the processing and assembly technology capability is good, and it clamps conveniently. In order to guarantee the processing precision, the localization plan use "three surfaces". In order to implement the unlimited speed regulation, safe and reliable, therefore choose hydraulic pressure sliding table. According the size of components and the position of the hole that is processed to set the overall size of the headstock. Choosing the taper bearing spindle by processing craft. The spindle and drive shaft diameter is decided through computation torque. The gear modulus is decided through the correlation method. The gear mentions and the position of intermediate propeller shaft is decided by the means "count, drawing and tries to collect many times". This modular machine tool has such advantages: it has high efficiency, the cost is low, the processing precision is high, it is easy to operate, it reduces the worker’s labor intensity, and it enhances the productivity.
