柴油機(jī)氣缸體三面鉆削組合機(jī)床總體及左主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要:柴油機(jī)氣缸體是需要大量生產(chǎn)的零件。為了提高加工精度和生產(chǎn)效率,需要設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)組合機(jī)床來(lái)改善柴油機(jī)氣缸體的加工情況。
本課題設(shè)計(jì)的是ZH1105柴油機(jī)氣缸體三面鉆孔組合機(jī)床。用于加工被加工零件左、右、后三個(gè)面上的共31個(gè)大小不等的底孔。根據(jù)被加工工件的特點(diǎn)以及加工工藝的要求,進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)。選定了定位基準(zhǔn),確定了機(jī)床的配置形式以及工件的定位夾緊方案,選擇了合適的切削用量、刀具及動(dòng)力部件??傮w設(shè)計(jì)主要是繪制被加工零件工序圖、加工示意圖、機(jī)床聯(lián)系尺寸總圖和編制生產(chǎn)率計(jì)算卡。在完成總體設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,繪制了左主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)的原始依據(jù)圖,擬訂了傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),確定了傳動(dòng)參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了軸的結(jié)構(gòu),進(jìn)行了齒輪、軸等相關(guān)零件的強(qiáng)度校核計(jì)算。該設(shè)計(jì)布局合理,為使組合機(jī)床能盡快投入生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用,配置結(jié)構(gòu)中充分選用了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件及通用部件。該機(jī)床工藝性良好、方案可行、有實(shí)際使用價(jià)值。

Design of General and Left Headstock of Modular Machine Tool for Drilling Holes on Three-Side of engine cylinder body
Abstract: The engine cylinder body is a product which needs mass production. In order to prove the disposition and the production efficiency, need to design a high effective modular machine tool to improve the production of the truck gear box.
The subject is to design a three-side modular machine tool for drilling 31 different holes on ZH1105 engine cylinder body’s left,right ,and behind. Based on the character and the process analysis of the work-piece, the designing system was made. After the location datum were designed, the disposition of machine and the mechanism clamping system being determined, the reasonable cutting data, the cutter and the power part were chosen. Overall to it is process into part process picture, process sketch map , lathe contact size general drawing and work out productivity calculate the card to draw mainly to design. The primitive basis charts of the left-side spindle box were drawn, the transmission system and the parameter were drafted. Then the structure of the axis was designed and the intensity checks of the components of the gear ,axis and so on were carried on .This design layout is reasonable, to make the combination machine tools can be used as soon as possible into production, structure and fully chose standard components. This machine is technology, scheme feasible and practical.
