I摘 要通過拉絲模拋光機(jī)的傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)圖，在消化、吸收、引進(jìn)國外先進(jìn)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)械式拉絲模拋光機(jī)。本設(shè)計(jì)以機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)為基礎(chǔ)完成了控制拋光絲往復(fù)移動(dòng)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和夾緊拉絲模的夾緊裝置設(shè)計(jì)，帶傳動(dòng)裝置具體參數(shù)和尺寸的設(shè)計(jì)以及關(guān)鍵零部件及總裝圖的三維造型。在拋光機(jī)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中，主要完成了滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌和曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)的詳細(xì)連接設(shè)計(jì)，以及零件連接的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和電機(jī)選擇。該拋光機(jī)的特點(diǎn)在于用曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)來控制拋光絲的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，通過拋光絲的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)和夾具的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)形成的復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)對拉絲模內(nèi)孔的研磨拋光。關(guān)鍵詞：拉絲模拋光機(jī)；導(dǎo)軌；夾緊裝置；帶傳動(dòng)IIAbstractOn the basis of advanced foreign technology and the abroad picture materials of drawing die, the drawing die polishing machine has been designed creatively.Basing on the mechanical structural design, the creative design finished the design of hydraulic system which is used to control the reciprocating movement of polishing wire as well as the clamping device which is used to clamp polishing wire. And the specific parameters ,dimensions of belt driver transmission device, key components and the three-dimensional modeling have also been designed here. In the design of control system, I have mainly finished the four important designs which are hydraulic cylinders, fuel tanks, the structure of pumping systems’ connection parts and the choosing of coupling. The characteristics of this polishing machine is that it uses the double-piston hydraulic cylinders to control the reciprocating movement, then realizes the lapping and polishing on the hole in drawing die with the compound motion which is formed by the drawing wire’s reciprocating movement and the fixture’s rotary motionKey Words: Drawing Die polishing machine; hydraulic transmission;clamping device ; belt transmission.
