摘要
包裝機(jī)械在包裝工業(yè)中的地位十分重要，對(duì)包裝工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化具有舉足輕重的地位，它可以提高生產(chǎn)率，改善生產(chǎn)環(huán)境，降低生產(chǎn)成本，提高商品檔次，增加附加值，從而增強(qiáng)商品的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，帶來更大的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，各種食品不斷出現(xiàn)，對(duì)食品包裝技術(shù)和設(shè)備都提出了新的要求，本設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)盒裝餅干商標(biāo)紙裹包機(jī)的總體方案和傳動(dòng)體統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，提出一種實(shí)用、簡(jiǎn)單和可靠的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，在原有的基礎(chǔ)上將速度、包裝質(zhì)量大大提高。出去復(fù)雜、多余的傳動(dòng)部件，將原有的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)化，用單一電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)，私服電機(jī)控制送紙輥的動(dòng)停時(shí)間和輸送速度，從而提交傳動(dòng)效率，節(jié)約制造和生產(chǎn)成本。盡可能將執(zhí)行部件集中在一起，從而減小機(jī)器的整體尺寸。近距離采用齒輪傳動(dòng)，遠(yuǎn)距離采用帶輪和鏈輪傳動(dòng)。在機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)方面，本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)托盒板機(jī)構(gòu)和凸輪這兩個(gè)重要部件進(jìn)行研究和設(shè)計(jì)，使用Matlab軟件分析設(shè)計(jì)凸輪輪廓形狀；，由于大部分執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)是間歇式的，所以在推板，熱封機(jī)構(gòu)等均采用凸輪控制，從而設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)高效、低耗、低成本、高質(zhì)量的小型自動(dòng)商標(biāo)紙裹包機(jī)，從而滿足市場(chǎng)對(duì)包裝設(shè)備的需求。

ABSTRACT
