設(shè)計(jì)題目:開(kāi)元煤礦1.5Mt/a新井設(shè)計(jì)專題題目:煤礦瓦斯區(qū)域治理技術(shù)研究摘要本設(shè)計(jì)包括三個(gè)部分:一般部分、專題部分和翻譯部分。一般部分為開(kāi)元煤礦 1.5Mt/a 新井設(shè)計(jì),共分 10 章:1.礦區(qū)概述及井田地質(zhì)特征;2. 井田境界和儲(chǔ)量;3.礦井工作制度、設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)能力及服務(wù)年限;4.井田開(kāi)拓;5.準(zhǔn)備方式 采區(qū)巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下運(yùn)輸;8.礦井提升;9.礦井通風(fēng)與安全技術(shù);10.礦井基本技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。開(kāi)元煤礦位于山西省晉中市境內(nèi),井田南部有石太鐵路和太舊高速公路,交通十分便利。井田走向(東西)長(zhǎng)平均約 5 km,傾向(南北)長(zhǎng)平均約 5.5 km,井田水平面積為27.5 km2。主采煤層一層,即 15 下號(hào)煤層,平均傾角 8,厚約 3.6m。井田地質(zhì)資源/儲(chǔ)量為 154.82 Mt,工業(yè)資源/儲(chǔ)量為 151.72 Mt,設(shè)計(jì)資源/儲(chǔ)量為 148.00 Mt,可采資源/儲(chǔ)量109.34 Mt,礦井服務(wù)年限為 56.07 a。井田地質(zhì)條件簡(jiǎn)單。表土層平均厚度 50 m;礦井正常涌水量為 140 m3/h,最大涌水量為 220 m3/h;煤層硬度系數(shù) f=2.3,煤質(zhì)為瘦煤、貧煤; 礦井相對(duì)瓦斯涌出量為 6.69 m3/t,屬低瓦斯礦井;煤層無(wú)自燃發(fā)火傾向,為類不易自燃煤層;煤層無(wú)爆炸危險(xiǎn)。礦井采用雙立井單水平開(kāi)拓,采用中央并列式和中央分列式混合通風(fēng)。一礦一面,采煤方法為單一走向長(zhǎng)壁采煤法。煤炭運(yùn)輸采用鋼絲繩芯膠帶,輔助運(yùn)輸采用軌道運(yùn)輸。礦井年工作日為 330 d,每天凈提升時(shí)間 16 h。礦井工作制度為:實(shí)行“四六”制(三采一準(zhǔn))。專題部分題目是新元煤礦瓦斯區(qū)域治理技術(shù)研究。翻譯部分是一篇關(guān)于礦井井筒中水垢切割機(jī)的論文,英文原文題目為“Research and development on cutting scale machine in the coalmine shaft ”。關(guān)鍵詞:立井開(kāi)拓;采區(qū);走向長(zhǎng)壁采煤法;大采高ABSTRACTThis design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic study and translation of an academic paper.The general design is about a 1.5 Mt/a new underground mine design of kaiyuan coal mine. It contains ten chapters: 1.overview and the geographical features of the mining field; 2.boundary and reserves of the mining field; 3.working system, designed mine capacity and mine life; 4.development of mining field; 5.preparation in strip district; 6.coal mining method; 7.underground conveying; 8.mine exaltation; 9.mine ventilation and safety technology; 10.the basic technical and economic index.Kaiyuan coal mine lies in Yangquan, Shangxi province. As shitai railway and taijiu highway run across the southern part of the mining field, the traffic is very convenient. Its about 5 km on the strike and 5.5 km on the dip,with the 27.5 km2 total horizontal area. The minable coal seam of this mine is 15low with the average thickness of 3.6 m , the average dip of 8 . The geological resources/reserves of this coal mine are 154.82 Mt, the proved resources/reserves are151.72 Mt , the designed resources/reserves are 148.00 Mt and the minable resources/reserves are 116.23 Mt, with a mine life of 55.88 years.The geological condition of the mine is relatively simple. The normal mine inflow is 140 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 220 m3/h. It is lean coal with low mine gas emission rate and coal spontaneous combustion tendency, and its a coal that has no dust explosion.This mine adopts vertical shaft development with one mining level and centralized ventilation. The adopted coal winning method is longwall mining to the dip or to the rise. The belt conveyor is applied to transport coal and track transport, is used in the auxiliary conveying.The workers work 330 days per year ,and exaltate 16 hours one day .The “four-six ”working system is applied for coal mining .The monographic study is a thermal analysis of the gas pulling out in Xinyuan.The translated academic paper is about cutting scale machine in the coalmine shaft.
