摘 要 石材雕刻機(jī)械的出現(xiàn),為石材市場(chǎng)的拓展提供了廣闊的天地。它速度快,大大的提高工作效率,縮短產(chǎn)品加工時(shí)間,并且保證了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。機(jī)械加工精度高,結(jié)構(gòu)合理,純機(jī)械傳動(dòng),安裝維修簡(jiǎn)便,機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)靈活,傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)可靠,自動(dòng)化程度高。本文主要介紹了我國(guó)石雕制品的分類、石雕制品的機(jī)械加工工藝和手工加工工藝,并對(duì)我國(guó)石雕機(jī)械的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了概述,根據(jù)我國(guó)石材機(jī)械的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),介紹了這款石材雕刻機(jī)械。該機(jī)主要用于雕刻大理石、花崗石。該機(jī)適用范圍廣,可以加工10mm以上各種厚度的花崗石、大理石等板材,各種規(guī)格的花崗石平板、平臺(tái)、碑石以及其他石材工藝品坯料等。機(jī)器的控制系統(tǒng)還裝有石材雕刻優(yōu)化軟件,它將自動(dòng)分析石板的最優(yōu)雕刻方案,還可以輸入既定數(shù)據(jù),自動(dòng)雕刻。這樣大大減小了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,也減少了材料的浪費(fèi)。
