基于三維的柴油機氣缸蓋組合鉆床總體及后主軸箱設計
摘 要：組合機床是根據(jù)工件加工需要,以大量通用部件為基礎,配以少量專用部件組成的一以及種高效的專用機床。組合機床一般采用多軸、多刀、多工序、多面或多工位同時加工的方法，生產(chǎn)效率比通用機床高幾倍至幾十倍。本課題設計的是臥式三面鉆孔組合鉆床，來源于鹽城市江淮動力集團。柴油機氣缸蓋是需要大量生產(chǎn)的零件，為了提高加工精度和生產(chǎn)效率，需要設計一種組合機床來改善柴油機氣缸蓋的加工情況。該設計的內(nèi)容包括總體設計和后主軸箱設計。在總體設計中分析了被加工零件的加工工藝性，選擇了加工的定位基準及加緊方案等，同時完成了“三圖一卡”的繪制。在后主軸箱設計方面，首先確定繪制后主軸箱設計原始依據(jù)圖，接著對主軸結(jié)構型式選擇和動力的計算，然后對主軸箱傳動系統(tǒng)進行設計與計算，在對后主軸箱中的傳動軸直徑和傳動軸在箱體中的位置進行計算，最后對軸和齒輪的強度進行校核，繪制出主軸箱中傳動軸坐標檢查圖。本組合機床效率高，成本低，加工精度高，操作使用方便，減輕了工人的勞動強度，提高了勞動生產(chǎn)率，滿足了設計需要。
