1、置物架通用規(guī)范（6001BS） WIRE SHELVING GENERAL SPECIFICATIQ6D01BS> 1 .目的 Purpose 明確置物架的具體標準與要求。 Identify the standards and requirements for Wire shelving. 2 .適用范圍 Available range 此規(guī)范僅適用于荷載 600lbs的置物架系列產品。 The specification only applies tthe seriesof wire shelving which load capacity @00lbs 3 .產品介

2、紹 Product introduction 置物架由層板(WIRE SHELF)、立柱(POST)、塑膠卡套(CONDUCTIVE COUPLERS)、立柱蓋 (CORNER CAP及其它可選擇配件組成，產品各主要部件的名稱、規(guī)格、功能及其它可選擇配 件的詳細情況如下： Composition: wire shelf, post, conductive couplers, corner cap and some optional accessories. Introduction: name, specification, feature and other accessories.

3、 3.1 網格層板Wire shelf 3.1.1 外形如圖 As shown as follows 3.1.2 網格常用規(guī)格 Common categories of wire shelf LENGTHEN 24” , 30 ” , 36 ” , 42 " ,,儂” ,54 ” , 60 ” WIDTH: 24” 網格規(guī)格可根據客戶的要求組合，或重新設計。 The categories of wire shelf should be assembled or redesigned according to the customequest. 3.1.3 焊接

4、強度必須滿足第 4條及第7條的要求。 Weld strength have to satisfy section 4& s needs 3.1.4 錐套 1 inch seamed shelf collar 外形如圖 Shapes as follows 3.1.5 置物架網格層板的作用：和塑料卡套、立柱裝配后，承擔托起貨物的作用。 Feature of wire shelf: After assemble with tapered plastic collar-splits and posts, could be load weight. 3.2 塑料卡套 Tapered

8、用：置物架使用萬向腳輪，有兩個萬向腳輪帶鎖裝置兩個不帶鎖裝置。和立柱裝配后，在 不被鎖的狀態(tài)下，能自由的滑動。 Function: The wire shelving assembles with swivel casters, there are two stem casters w/brake and two stem caster without lock. After assemble with posts, the caster unlocking could be sliding freely. 3.4.2 LEVELING FOOT PLAT水 平調節(jié)腳 3.4.3 F

13、trial wire shelving only. Chrome Enclosure Panel For industnaf m旭 whnMng onfy PP墊板 pp Shelf Liner 4 .置物架的要求Demand 4.4 安全要求Safety 4.1.1 置物架中所涉及到的化學原料必須符合 Rosh標準。 All the chemical materials must meet Rosh standards. 4.1.2 要通過 NSF認證。Pass NSF 4.1.3 置物架單層網格承重能力達到最大時，不能被破壞，該破壞包括：塑性變形、脫焊及

14、從貨架上脫落等。 The load capacity is the largest, the wire shelf can't be destroyed, and the damage includes: plastic deformation, desoldering and fell from the shelf, etc. 4.1.4 置物架的所有外露面不能有尖角、毛刺等缺陷。 No burs or sharp edges allowed. 4.1.5 塑料卡套能使網格牢固的在預定位置，承重達到最大時，沒有塑性變形、開裂等永久 性的破壞發(fā)生，且網格和立柱沒有相對的位移。 Tap

18、y600lBS 無脫焊 desoldering 4.2.4 穩(wěn)定性：腳輪與水平面的差值w 2.0mm Stability: the distance between the caster and the horizontal plane is less than 2mm. 5外觀要求Appearance 1.1 夕卜觀顏色和客戶要求——致 :The colour must meet the customer request. 1.1.1 噴粉 Power coating 表面的噴粉厚度要均勻一致。產品表面不能有明顯地劃痕、漏底、 色差等缺陷；不能有 明顯的污漬、指紋等缺陷。

The surface ddnave obvious defects such as scratches, hole, chromatic aberration and so on; ddrinave obvious defects such as stains, fingerprints and so on. 1.1.2 鍍銘 Chrome plated 表面無異色、起皮、脫落等缺陷。 Surface: without such defects as crack, peeling, co

20、lour deviation, and lifting, etc. 1.2 錐套焊接在網格上后， 有 LOGO的一面呈 45o向外。After welding the shelf collar to wire shelf, the LOGO in the shelf collar must have an angle ofol<5utward. 6 .表面處理Finish 置物架的表面處理分鍍銘和噴粉兩種。具體情況根據客戶要求選擇。 There are chrome plated and power coating. The finish is according to the cu

26、的兩個線材直徑不同時， 采用壓粗線，撬細線的方式。測量過程中，聽到“啪”的聲響后，表示焊接強度已經滿足要 求。迅速撤去外力，避免造成永久性的損傷和變形。 Rotating torque wrench, make it show the number according to need, then begin to teWtZhen the diameter of two welding wires is different, press the thicker, pry the thinner. 30、ding 折彎后 After bending 7.4 承重測試 Load capacity test 在單層網格放置額定的荷載。 24小時后，網格變形量不大于 5mm或者變形量大于 5mm但是卸掉荷載后，變形量不大于 5mm,均視為合格。 Put rated load in the wire shelf. After 24hours, if the deformation is less than 5mm, or the deformation is more than 5mm, but put off the load off, the deformation is

31、less than 5mm, we think that the weld is unqualified. 7.5 穩(wěn)定性測試 Stability test 7.5.1 直線性行走測試 Moving in straight line test 在100?150N推力作用下，行走 50m,偏移中軸線小于 1m為合格。 Push the wire shelving with 100 ~ 150N, walk 50m, distance offset axis is less than 1m, pass. 7.5.2 旋轉測試 rotation test 把置物架放于平臺上，

32、在力的作用下使其旋轉，四個輪子都轉動為合格。 Put the wire shelving on platform, rotate it.
