1. 掌握重點(diǎn)短語和句子:by bike / bus, How long does it take to get to school? How far is it from your home to school? It takes about 15 minutes.

3、 a video:A:How do you get to school? B:I ride my bike. A:How long does it take to get to school? B:It takes about 15 minutes. A:How far is it from your home to school? B:It’s only about two kilometers.
Step 4 Matching and practicing
3a Match the questions with the answers. Get the students to have
4、 a competition to look at who is the first to finish the exercise. And the group that the winner belongs to can get a red flag. Then give the students several minutes to practice the dialogues and ask some pairs to act them out in front of the class.
Step 6 Competition
Work in groups. Ask question

Get the students to remember the important phrases and sentences:get to school, ride a bike, take the bus, by bike/bus, walk to school. How do you get to school?
