1、置物架通用規(guī)范（6001BS） WIRE SHELVING GENERAL SPECIFICATIQ6D01BS> 1 .目的 Purpose 明確置物架的具體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與要求。 Identify the standards and requirements for Wire shelving. 2 .適用范圍 Available range 此規(guī)范僅適用于荷載 600lbs的置物架系列產(chǎn)品。 The specification only applies tthe seriesof wire shelving which load capacity @00lbs 3 .產(chǎn)品介

2、紹 Product introduction 置物架由層板(WIRE SHELF)、立柱(POST)、塑膠卡套(CONDUCTIVE COUPLERS)、立柱蓋 (CORNER CAP及其它可選擇配件組成，產(chǎn)品各主要部件的名稱(chēng)、規(guī)格、功能及其它可選擇配 件的詳細(xì)情況如下： Composition: wire shelf, post, conductive couplers, corner cap and some optional accessories. Introduction: name, specification, feature and other accessories.

3、 3.1 網(wǎng)格層板Wire shelf 3.1.1 外形如圖 As shown as follows 3.1.2 網(wǎng)格常用規(guī)格 Common categories of wire shelf LENGTHEN 24” , 30 ” , 36 ” , 42 " ,,儂” ,54 ” , 60 ” WIDTH: 24” 網(wǎng)格規(guī)格可根據(jù)客戶(hù)的要求組合，或重新設(shè)計(jì)。 The categories of wire shelf should be assembled or redesigned according to the customequest. 3.1.3 焊接

8、用：置物架使用萬(wàn)向腳輪，有兩個(gè)萬(wàn)向腳輪帶鎖裝置兩個(gè)不帶鎖裝置。和立柱裝配后，在 不被鎖的狀態(tài)下，能自由的滑動(dòng)。 Function: The wire shelving assembles with swivel casters, there are two stem casters w/brake and two stem caster without lock. Chrome Enclosure Panel For industnaf m旭 whnMng onfy PP墊板 pp Shelf Liner 4 .置物架的要求Demand 4.4 安全要求Safety 4.1.1 置物架中所涉及到的化學(xué)原料必須符合 Rosh標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 All the chemical materials must meet Rosh standards. 4.1.2 要通過(guò) NSF認(rèn)證。Pass NSF 4.1.3 置物架單層網(wǎng)格承重能力達(dá)到最大時(shí)，不能被破壞，該破壞包括：塑性變形、脫焊及

18、y600lBS 無(wú)脫焊 desoldering 4.2.4 穩(wěn)定性：腳輪與水平面的差值w 2.0mm Stability: the distance between the caster and the horizontal plane is less than 2mm. 5外觀(guān)要求Appearance 1.1 夕卜觀(guān)顏色和客戶(hù)要求——致 :The colour must meet the customer request. 1.1.1 噴粉 Power coating 表面的噴粉厚度要均勻一致。產(chǎn)品表面不能有明顯地劃痕、漏底、 色差等缺陷；不能有 明顯的污漬、指紋等缺陷。

The surface ddnave obvious defects such as scratches, hole, chromatic aberration and so on; ddrinave obvious defects such as stains, fingerprints and so on. 1.1.2 鍍銘 Chrome plated 表面無(wú)異色、起皮、脫落等缺陷。 Surface: without such defects as crack, peeling, co

20、lour deviation, and lifting, etc. 1.2 錐套焊接在網(wǎng)格上后， 有 LOGO的一面呈 45o向外。After welding the shelf collar to wire shelf, the LOGO in the shelf collar must have an angle ofol<5utward. 6 .表面處理Finish 置物架的表面處理分鍍銘和噴粉兩種。具體情況根據(jù)客戶(hù)要求選擇。 There are chrome plated and power coating. 26、的兩個(gè)線(xiàn)材直徑不同時(shí)， 采用壓粗線(xiàn)，撬細(xì)線(xiàn)的方式。測(cè)量過(guò)程中，聽(tīng)到“啪”的聲響后，表示焊接強(qiáng)度已經(jīng)滿(mǎn)足要 求。迅速撤去外力，避免造成永久性的損傷和變形。 Rotating torque wrench, make it show the number according to need, then begin to teWtZhen the diameter of two welding wires is different, press the thicker, pry the thinner. Quickly removed the external force, avoid to cause permanent damage and deformation. 7.3.2 破壞性測(cè)試 Do destructive testing 在外力作用下，把焊接在一起的兩根線(xiàn)材分開(kāi)，焊接點(diǎn)有焊接溶合物，說(shuō)明焊接強(qiáng)度合格； 相反，如果沒(méi)有焊接溶合物，說(shuō)明焊接強(qiáng)度不夠，為不合格。 Under the action of external force, separate the wires which is welding together, If

30、ding 折彎后 After bending 7.4 承重測(cè)試 Load capacity test 在單層網(wǎng)格放置額定的荷載。 24小時(shí)后，網(wǎng)格變形量不大于 5mm或者變形量大于 5mm但是卸掉荷載后，變形量不大于 5mm,均視為合格。 Put rated load in the wire shelf. 31、less than 5mm, we think that the weld is unqualified. 7.5 穩(wěn)定性測(cè)試 Stability test 7.5.1 直線(xiàn)性行走測(cè)試 Moving in straight line test 在100?150N推力作用下，行走 50m,偏移中軸線(xiàn)小于 1m為合格。 Push the wire shelving with 100 ~ 150N, walk 50m, distance offset axis is less than 1m, pass. 7.5.2 旋轉(zhuǎn)測(cè)試 rotation test 把置物架放于平臺(tái)上，

32、在力的作用下使其旋轉(zhuǎn)，四個(gè)輪子都轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)為合格。 Put the wire shelving on platform, rotate it.
