水草收割船的意義水草在日常生活中有諸多的作用和價(jià)值,例如養(yǎng)殖、生態(tài)和景觀等有重要的價(jià)值體現(xiàn),吸引著人們大量種植。但由于種植量過(guò)大,同時(shí)缺乏相應(yīng)的管理措施,導(dǎo)致人工種植的水草一度發(fā)展到過(guò)剩的狀態(tài)。為了保持水域的生態(tài)平衡,需要在景觀水域中大量種植水草,但是在每年的高溫時(shí)節(jié),水草生長(zhǎng)非常迅速,必須及時(shí)進(jìn)行收割清理,否則會(huì)對(duì)水質(zhì)造成二次污染。目前,水草治理方法主要有化學(xué)清除法和物理收割法。化學(xué)清除法會(huì)引起水質(zhì)污染,破壞生態(tài)環(huán)境,并對(duì)其他生物的生存造成很大影響。所以,人們大都采用更為環(huán)保的物理收割法來(lái)治理水草。但由于人工收割效率低下,往往打撈的速度跟不上水草生長(zhǎng)的速度,因而機(jī)械收割就成為理想的水草治理方式。二 水草收割船的目的市場(chǎng)上一般的水草收割機(jī)多是機(jī)械控制的,動(dòng)力來(lái)源復(fù)雜,難以實(shí)現(xiàn)收割船的簡(jiǎn)單,智能,據(jù)此現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計(jì)一種結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,機(jī)構(gòu)傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn),效率高,機(jī)身全部動(dòng)力來(lái)源為液壓,液壓控制液壓系統(tǒng)控制船的行走、割臺(tái)的升降以及輸送裝置的運(yùn)動(dòng)的水草收割船。這種新型的水草收割船可在水下實(shí)現(xiàn)切割,回收,傳送一體化連續(xù)作業(yè)方式,能夠達(dá)到清除多余的水草的目的,充分體現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)便化。三 水草收割傳的發(fā)展過(guò)程國(guó)外關(guān)于水草收割機(jī)的研制比較早,荷蘭等國(guó)早在50年代就開(kāi)始使用專(zhuān)門(mén)的水利機(jī)械進(jìn)行河道的清淤除草作業(yè)。荷蘭的IHC CO Konljn機(jī)械廠1958年研制出H系列兩棲式挖泥船共6種機(jī)型,隨后又相繼開(kāi)發(fā)出M 系列、s系列和FB系列等多種清淤機(jī)械:荷蘭的HERDER公司也開(kāi)始研制各種機(jī)型的河道除草機(jī)。起初他們一般是把切割器安裝在液壓挖掘機(jī)或農(nóng)用拖拉機(jī)上,把溝渠、河道內(nèi)的蒲草、雜草切割后撈起放于岸邊,其整機(jī)需停在岸邊或沿岸邊行駛進(jìn)行作業(yè),這就是陸用割草機(jī)。由于陸用割草機(jī)的使用范圍有較大限制河道、溝渠旁常揎有樹(shù)木,無(wú)法停機(jī),遠(yuǎn)離岸邊的水草又無(wú)法切割到,因此研制一種能在河道中航行的水中割草機(jī)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。60年代英國(guó)的Rolbe公司開(kāi)發(fā)出Oibeaux系列水中割草機(jī),英國(guó)的John wider(工程)公司也開(kāi)發(fā)出自己的系列產(chǎn)品3O多年來(lái),這些產(chǎn)品至今還在世界各地廣泛使用。國(guó)內(nèi)也有一些相關(guān)企業(yè)及研究機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)入該領(lǐng)域,并且取得了一定的研究成果,如寧波農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械研究所、桂林象山農(nóng)機(jī)廠、紹興縣農(nóng)林管理總部聯(lián)合研究的WH1800型河道清草機(jī),北京市水利局聯(lián)合數(shù)家單位共同開(kāi)發(fā)的的SGY-2.5型水草收割機(jī),上海電器集團(tuán)現(xiàn)代化裝備有限公司新液壓長(zhǎng)研究開(kāi)發(fā)的GC2230型號(hào)河道割草保潔船以及GC2000型小型河道割草作業(yè)機(jī)械。經(jīng)歷半個(gè)世紀(jì)的發(fā)展歷程,水草收割機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì),由開(kāi)始的岸邊切割水草作業(yè),水中水草作業(yè),水中收割水草作業(yè),到現(xiàn)在的水中切割、收獲、后續(xù)處理一體化作業(yè)模式,功能日益完善,而且經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的摸索和經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累,其工作模式也發(fā)生了很大的改變。其主要是朝著小型化、自動(dòng)化方向發(fā)展。四 水草收割船的分類(lèi)1.根據(jù)切割器工作方式劃分(1)往復(fù)式。切割器的主要構(gòu)造為兩把刀片,并且至少有一把作往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng),與另一刀片形成相對(duì)切割。該種結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是可以選擇合適的刀具參數(shù)來(lái)適應(yīng)不同的環(huán)境。整個(gè)切割器是一個(gè)整體,只需一個(gè)動(dòng)力端即可,容易實(shí)現(xiàn)同步工作;缺點(diǎn)是對(duì)刀具材料和刀具安裝精度要求高,維修不方便。(2)旋轉(zhuǎn)式。這種切割器的主要構(gòu)造為旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的中心固定三四個(gè)刀片,工作的時(shí)候,刀片繞軸旋轉(zhuǎn),不斷切割水草。這種刀具的主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)是多把刀具組裝而成,便于維修,缺點(diǎn)是滾刀的傳動(dòng)軸必須安裝成偏心的形式,并且必須在水中工作,因此,對(duì)滾刀的動(dòng)力傳輸以及密封的要求比較高。2.根據(jù)切割器在船體的安裝位置分(1)前置式。切割器安裝在船體的前端。優(yōu)點(diǎn)是能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)割收一體化,水草的漏收率低,缺點(diǎn)是動(dòng)力輸入端的傳動(dòng)路線長(zhǎng),不適合剛性軸的工作。(2)后置式。切割器安裝在船體的后端,優(yōu)點(diǎn)是船體行進(jìn)過(guò)程中,拖動(dòng)切割器行走,遇到韌性較大的水草,可以依靠慣性將其拉起,不至于沉頭。缺點(diǎn)是工作時(shí),水草無(wú)法及時(shí)回收,容易造成二次污染。(3)側(cè)置式。切割器安裝在船體一側(cè),優(yōu)點(diǎn)是只有一個(gè)動(dòng)力輸入端,動(dòng)力集中,適用于水草密集的河道。缺點(diǎn)是切割時(shí),必須有無(wú)水草區(qū)域,便于船體行走。3.根據(jù)作業(yè)方式分(1)割收連續(xù)式。主要應(yīng)用于前置式。優(yōu)點(diǎn)是切除水草的同時(shí),將水草回收,防止二次污染。缺點(diǎn)是需要兩個(gè)動(dòng)力輸入端,動(dòng)力要求高,結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜。(2)割收分開(kāi)式。應(yīng)用于側(cè)置式和后置式的情況。優(yōu)點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,功率要求低。缺點(diǎn)是割收分開(kāi)作業(yè),大大降低了工作效率,并且容易造成二次污染。1.3.4 根據(jù)作業(yè)對(duì)象劃分(1)近海水草式。主要收集近海水域的藻類(lèi)水草。要求功率大,船體大,排水量大,不需要將水草收集起來(lái),可以將水草沉入水底,船體必須配備適當(dāng)?shù)木壬O(shè)備,而且船體的防腐要求很高,適合于大型水生植物收割機(jī)的連續(xù)作業(yè)。(2)內(nèi)河水草式。主要用來(lái)收割內(nèi)陸江河、湖泊等淺水域的水草。水草的生長(zhǎng)情況比較復(fù)雜,同時(shí)考慮到環(huán)境保護(hù)的問(wèn)題,必須將水草及時(shí)收集打撈,因此,必須在船體上配備適當(dāng)?shù)氖占b置,機(jī)構(gòu)比較復(fù)雜。中國(guó)地質(zhì)大學(xué)長(zhǎng)城學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文外文資料翻譯系 現(xiàn)在看來(lái),有很多這種情況,許多學(xué)生在被問(wèn)到關(guān)于摩擦的問(wèn)題時(shí),往往都沒(méi)引起足夠的重視,甚至是忽視它。實(shí)際上,摩擦從某種程度上說(shuō),存在于任何兩個(gè)相接 觸并有相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)趨勢(shì)的部件之間。而摩擦這個(gè)詞,本身就意味著,兩個(gè)或兩個(gè)以上部件的阻止相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)趨勢(shì)。 在一個(gè)機(jī)器中,運(yùn)動(dòng)部件的摩擦是有害的,因?yàn)樗档土藱C(jī)械對(duì)能量的充分利用。由它引起的熱能是一種浪費(fèi)的能 量。因?yàn)椴荒苡盟鋈魏问虑?。還有,它還需要更大的動(dòng)力來(lái)克服這種不斷增大的摩擦。熱能是有破壞性的。因?yàn)樗a(chǎn)生了膨脹。而膨脹可以使得軸承或滑 動(dòng)表面之間的配合更緊密。如果因?yàn)榕蛎泴?dǎo)致了一個(gè)足夠大的積壓力,那么,這個(gè)軸承就可能會(huì)卡死或密封死。另外,隨著溫度的升高,如果不是耐高溫材料制造的軸承,就可能會(huì)損壞甚至融化。在運(yùn)動(dòng)部件之間會(huì)發(fā)生很多摩擦,如1.啟動(dòng)摩擦2.滑動(dòng)摩擦3.轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)摩擦。啟動(dòng)摩擦是兩個(gè)固體之間產(chǎn)生的傾向于組織其相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)趨勢(shì)的摩擦。當(dāng)兩個(gè)固體處于靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)時(shí),這兩個(gè)零件表面的不平度 Actually , friction is present to some degree whenever two parts are in contact and move on each other. The term friction refers to the resistance of two or more parts to movement.Friction is harmful or valuable depending upon where it occurs. friction is necessary for fastening devices such as screws and rivets which depend upon friction to hold the fastener and the parts together. Belt drivers, brakes, and tires are additional applications where friction is necessary.The friction of moving parts in a machine is harmful because it reduces the mechanical advantage of the device. The heat produced by friction is lost energy because no work takes place. Also , greater power is required to overcome the increased friction. Heat is destructive in that it causes expansion. Expansion may cause a bearing or sliding surface to fit tighter. If a great enough pressure builds up because made from low temperature materials may melt.There are three types of friction which must be overcome in moving parts: (1)starting, (2)sliding, and(3)rolling. Starting friction is the friction between two solids that tend to resist movement. When two parts are at a state of rest, the surface irregularities of both parts tend to interlock and form a wedging action. To produce motion in these parts, the wedge-shaped peaks and valleys of the stationary surfaces must be made to slide out and over each other. The rougher the two surfaces, the greater is starting friction resulting from their movement .Since there is usually no fixed pattern between the peaks and valleys of two mating parts, the irregularities do not interlock once the parts are in motion but slide over each other. The friction of the two surfaces is known as sliding friction. As shown in figure ,starting friction is always greater than sliding friction .Rolling friction occurs when roller devces are subjected to tremendous stress which cause the parts to change shape or deform. Under these conditions, the material in front of a roller tends to pile up and forces the object to roll slightly uphill. This changing of shape , known as deformation, causes a movement of molecules. As a result ,heat is produced from the added energy required to keep the parts turning and overcome friction.The friction caused by the wedging action of surface irregularities can be overcome partly by the precision machining of the surfaces. However, even these smooth surfaces may require the use of a substance between them to reduce the friction still more. This substance is usually a lubricant which provides a fine, thin oil film. The film keeps the surfaces apart and prevents the cohesive forces of the surfaces from coming in close contact and producing heat .Another way to reduce friction is to use different materials for the bearing surfaces and rotating parts. This explains why bronze bearings, soft alloys, and copper and tin iolite bearings are used with both soft and hardened steel shaft. The iolite bearing is porous. Thus, when the bearing is dipped in oil, capillary action carries the oil through the spaces of the bearing. This type of bearing carries its own lubricant to the points where the pressures are the greatest.Moving parts are lubricated to reduce friction, wear, and heat. The most commonly used lubricants are oils, greases, and graphite compounds. Each lubricant serves a different purpose. The conditions under which two moving surfaces are to work determine the type of lubricant to be used and the system selected for distributing the lubricant.On slow moving parts with a minimum of pressure, an oil groove is usually sufficient to distribute the required quantity of lubricant to the surfaces moving on each other .A second common method of lubrication is the splash system in which parts moving in a reservoir of lubricant pick up sufficient oil which is then distributed to all moving parts during each cycle. This system is used in the crankcase of lawn-mower engines to lubricate the crankshaft, connecting rod ,and parts of the piston.A lubrication system commonly used in industrial plants is the pressure system. In this system, a pump on a machine carries the lubricant to all of the bearing surfaces at a constant rate and quantity.There are numerous other systems of lubrication and a considerable number of lubricants available for any given set of operating conditions. Modern industry pays greater attention to the use of the proper lubricants than at previous time because of the increased speeds, pressures, and operating demands placed on equipment and devices.Although one of the main purposes of lubrication is reduce friction, any substance-liquid , solid , or gaseous-capable of controlling friction and wear between sliding surfaces can be classed as a lubricant. Varieties of lubricationUnlubricated sliding. Metals that have been carefully treated to remove all foreign materials seize and weld to one another when slid together. In the absence of such a high degree of cleanliness, adsorbed gases, water vapor ,oxides, and contaminants reduce frictio9n and the tendency to seize but usually result in severe wear; this is called “unlubricated ”or dry sliding.Fluid-film lubrication. Interposing a fluid film that completely separates the sliding surfaces results in fluid-film lubrication. The fluid may be introduced intentionally as the oil in the main bearing of an automobile, or unintentionally, as in the case of water between a smooth tuber tire and a wet pavement. Although the fluid is usually a liquid such as oil, water, and a wide range of other materials, it may also be a gas. The gas most commonly employed is air.Boundary lubrication. A condition that lies between unlubricated sliding and fluid-film lubrication is referred to as boundary lubrication, also defined as that condition of lubrication in which the friction between surfaces is determined by the properties of the surfaces and properties of the lubricant other than viscosity. Boundary lubrication encompasses a significant portion of lubrication phenomena and commonly occurs during the starting and stopping off machines.Solid lubrication. Solid such as graphite and molybdenum disulfide are widely used when normal lubricants do not possess sufficient resistance to load or temperature extremes. But lubricants need not take only such familiar forms as fats, powders, and gases; even some metals commonly serve as sliding surfaces in some sophisticated machines. Function of lubricantsAlthough a lubricant primarily controls friction and ordinarily does perform numerous other functions, which vary with the application and usually are interrelated .Friction control. The amount and character of the lubricant made available to sliding surfaces have a profound effect upon the friction that is encountered. For example, disregarding such related factors as heat and wear but considering friction alone between the same surfaces with on lubricant. Under fluid-film conditions, friction is encountered. In a great range of viscosities and thus can satisfy a broad spectrum of functional requirements. Under boundary lubrication conditions , the effect of viscosity on friction becomes less significant than the chemical nature of the lubricant.Wear control. wear occurs on lubricated surfaces by abrasion, corrosion ,and solid-to-solid contact wear by providing a film that increases the distance between the sliding surfaces ,thereby lessening the damage by abrasive contaminants and surface asperities.Temperature control. Lubricants assist in controlling corrosion of the surfaces themselves is twofold. When machinery is idle, the lubricant acts as a preservative. When machinery is in use, the lubricant controls corrosion by coating lubricated parts with a protective film that may contain additives to neutralize corrosive materials. The ability of a lubricant to control corrosion is directly relatly to the thickness of the lubricant film remaining on the metal surfaces and the chermical composition of the lubricant. Other functionsLubrication are frequently used for purposes other than the reduction of friction. Some of these applications are described below.Power transmission. Lubricants are widely employed as hydraulic fluids in fluid transmission devices.Insulation. In specialized applications such as transformers and switchgear , lubricants with high dielectric constants acts as electrical insulators. For maximum insulating properties, a lubricant must be kept free of contaminants and water.Shock dampening. Lubricants act as shock-dampening fluids in energy transferring devices such as shock absorbers and around machine parts such as gears that are subjected to high intermittent loads.Sealing. Lubricating grease frequently performs the special function of forming a seal to retain lubricants or to exclude contaminants.The object of lubrication is to reduce friction ,wear , and heating of machine pars which move relative to each other. A lubricant is any substance which, when inserted between the moving surfaces, accomplishes these purposes. Most lubricants are liquids(such as mineral oil, silicone fluids, and water),but they may be solid for use in dry bearings, greases for use in rolling element bearing, or gases(such as air) for use in gas bearings. The physical and chemical interaction between the lubricant and lubricating surfaces must be understood in order to provide the machine elements with satisfactory life.The understanding of boundary lubrication is normally attributed to hardy and doubleday , who found the extrememly thin films adhering to surfaces were often sufficient to assist relative sliding. They concluded that under such circumstances the chemical composition of fluid is important, and they introduced the term “boundary lubrication”. Boundary lubrication is at the opposite end of the spectrum from hydrodynamic lubrication.Five distinct of forms of lubrication that may be defined :(a) hydrodynamic; (b)hydrostatic;(c)elastohydrodynamic (d)boundary; (e)solid film.Hydrodynamic lubrication means that the load-carrying surfaces of the bearing are separated by a relatively thick film of lubricant, so as to prevent metal contact, and that the stability thus obtained can be explained by the laws of the lubricant under pressure ,though it may be; but it does require the existence of an adequate supply at all times. The film pressure is created by the moving surfaces itself pulling the lubricant under pressure, though it maybe. The film pressure is created by the moving surface to creat the pressure necessary to separate the surfaces against the load on the bearing . hydrodynamic lubrication is also called full film ,or fluid lubrication .Hydrostatic lubrication is obtained by introducing the lubricant ,which is sometime air or water ,into the load-bearing area at a pressure high enough to separate the surface with a relatively thick film of lubricant. So ,unlike hydrodynanmic lubrication, motion of one surface relative to another is not required .Elasohydrodynamic lubrication is the phenomenon that occurs when a lubricant is introduced between surfaces which are in rolling contact, such as mating gears or rolling bearings. The mathematical explanation requires the hertzian theory of contact stress and fluid mechanics.When bearing must be operated at exetreme temperatures, a solid film lubricant such as graphite or molybdenum disulfide must be use used because the ordinary mineral oils are not satisfactory. Must research is currently being carried out in an effort, too, to find composite bearing materials with low wear rates as well as small frictional coefficients.In a journal bearing, a shaft rotates or oscillates within the bearing , and the relative motion is sliding . in an antifriction bearing, the main relative motion is rolling . a follower may either roll or slide on the cam. Gear teeth mate with each other by a combination of rolling and sliding . pistions slide within their cylinders. All these applications require lubrication to reduce friction ,wear, and heating.The field of application for journal bearing s is immense. The crankshaft and connecting rod bearings of an automotive engine must poerate for thousands of miles at high temperatures and under varying load conditions . the journal bearings used in the steam turbines of power generating station is said to have reliabilities approaching 100 percent. At the other extreme there are thousands of applications in which the loads are light and the service relatively unimportant. a simple ,easily installed bearing is required ,suing little or no lubrication. In such cases an antifriction bearing might be a poor answer because because of the cost, the close ,the radial space required ,or the increased inertial effects. Recent metallurgy developments in bearing materials , combined with increased knowledge of the lubrication process, now make it possible to design journal bearings with satisfactory lives and very good reliabilities. 參考文獻(xiàn):1.
