礦泉水瓶蓋注塑成型工藝及模具設(shè)計
摘要：本設(shè)計課題為礦泉水瓶蓋注塑成型工藝及模具設(shè)計，體現(xiàn)了部分螺紋類塑料零件的設(shè)計要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計，進一步加強了設(shè)計者注塑模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的注塑模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設(shè)計運用塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了模具的發(fā)展趨勢、材料的特性塑件的成分及性能要求，為選取澆口的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后估算了塑件的體積，便于選取注塑機及確定型腔數(shù)量；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計參數(shù)、設(shè)計要點及推出裝置的選取。
本塑件有螺紋結(jié)構(gòu)，但螺紋較淺，為了減少工時、節(jié)約成本可以強制脫模。本副模具的設(shè)計中，上斷面下部，有一個較博的圓環(huán)，在制造時加工不方便，但可以制造小電極，采用電火花技術(shù)。
