摘 要
這里面較詳細(xì)地介紹了一個塑料制品成型模具的設(shè)計,分析了塑件工藝特點,介紹了注射成型模結(jié)構(gòu)及模具的工作過程。從制品的成型要求和工藝性分析、注射材料的成型性能和成型工藝參數(shù)、分型面的選擇和澆注系統(tǒng)的確定、注射機的選擇和校核以及成型零件工作尺寸的計算等方面進行了說明,為了方便說明,還插入了一部分圖。此注射模設(shè)計的結(jié)構(gòu)特點是:側(cè)澆口形式的單型面的注射模,大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率。該模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計巧妙、操作方便、使用壽命長,塑件達到技術(shù)要求。塑料注射的設(shè)計過程,其中的設(shè)計內(nèi)容有零件的工藝性編制:塑件的工藝性分析、塑件的體積和質(zhì)量計算及注射機參數(shù)的確定;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計:分型面選擇、型腔數(shù)確定、型腔的排列方式、澆口設(shè)計、側(cè)向分型抽芯機構(gòu)設(shè)計、推出及復(fù)位機構(gòu)方式確定;型芯、型腔尺寸計算;模具加熱和冷卻系統(tǒng)計算;模具閉合高度確定;注射機有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核;如此設(shè)計出的結(jié)構(gòu)可確保模具工作運用可靠。最后對模具結(jié)構(gòu)與注射機的匹配進行了校核。并用autoCAD繪制了一套模具裝配圖和零件圖。

This design introduced injection molding's basic principle, specially single is divided the profile to inject mold's structure and the principle of work, to cast the product to propose the basic principle of design; Introduced in detail the cold flow channel injection mold gating system, the temperature control system and goes against system's design process, and has given the explanation to the mold intensity request, through this design, may have a preliminary understanding to the injection mold, notes in the design certain detail question, understands the mold structure and the principle of work。Plastic Injection the design process, which is designed as part of the craft-oriented establishment : Plastic Parts of the Process Analysis, Plastic Parts of the size and quality of calculation and the injection parameters set; Structural design : Surface choice cavity determination, Cavity the arrangement, gate design, lateral type pulling mechanism design, launch and reattached body identified; Core, Cavity size calculation; Die heating and cooling system computation; Mold closing high set; Injection machine parameters in the verification; The design of such a structure can be used to ensure reliable die.
