鹽城工學(xué)院機(jī)械工程系畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 本文就如何應(yīng)用先進(jìn)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)制造注塑模具，更新設(shè)計(jì)注塑模具的方法，解決好注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵-澆注系統(tǒng)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)側(cè)面分型與抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)的合理設(shè)計(jì)，以期與同行們一起討論，共同努力推動(dòng)注塑模具技術(shù)的發(fā)展。本文就童心吸水杯注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)展開，根據(jù)零件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、材料特性，構(gòu)思總體方案并進(jìn)行方案論證。依據(jù)總體方案對(duì)注塑模具總體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行合理設(shè)計(jì)，然后分六個(gè)分支系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，它們分別是澆注系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑模具零件設(shè)計(jì)、注塑零件成型零件工作尺寸計(jì)算、側(cè)向分型機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、和其它設(shè)計(jì)。其中澆注系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的是否合理是模具設(shè)計(jì)成敗的關(guān)鍵，針對(duì)澆注系統(tǒng)本設(shè)計(jì)從澆注系統(tǒng)的組成和作用、主澆道設(shè)計(jì)、分流道設(shè)計(jì)、澆口設(shè)計(jì)、澆注系統(tǒng)動(dòng)平衡、冷料井與拉料桿合理搭配六個(gè)方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和論證。 關(guān)鍵詞 注塑模具 澆注系統(tǒng) 頂出系統(tǒng) 冷卻系統(tǒng) 側(cè)面分型與抽芯機(jī)構(gòu) Abstract On how this text use advanced technical design make and mould plastics the mould summary, Upgrade and design method to mould plastics mould , settle well and mould plastics key of mold design - -Pour the system, carry and offer the system, cooling system side dividing into type and smoking the rational design of the core organization, In the hope of and discuss with colleagues together , make joint efforts and promote and mould plastics mould development of technology.
