1、述自20世紀(jì)70年代我國洛陽浮法玻璃技術(shù)發(fā)明之后,我國的浮法玻璃工業(yè)迅速發(fā)展。目前,我國是世界最大浮法玻璃生產(chǎn)國,2006年我國的浮法玻璃生產(chǎn)線共有160多條,其中采用我國洛陽浮法玻璃技術(shù)的浮法玻璃生產(chǎn)線共有130多條,浮法玻璃總產(chǎn)量已超過4.54億重量箱,而且產(chǎn)量每年都大幅度增加。但我國洛陽浮法玻璃技術(shù)裝備與其它國家相比自動化程度還很低,一直處在半自動半人工狀態(tài),全面提高我國洛陽浮法玻璃技術(shù)裝備水平,開發(fā)全線聯(lián)鎖跟蹤生產(chǎn)技術(shù)已迫在眉捷。目前,我國洛陽浮法玻璃技術(shù)裝備主要處于單機(jī)分散控制階段(或部分聯(lián)鎖控制) ,要趕超國際浮法玻璃技術(shù)裝備水平,首先必須提高我國單機(jī)設(shè)備的自動化功能。橫切機(jī)作為浮法玻璃冷端生產(chǎn)線上的重要設(shè)備之一,其自動化程度及切割精度將影響玻璃生產(chǎn)的成品率,在此我們介紹一種機(jī)電一體化全自動橫切機(jī)(見圖1)。（圖一） 1 設(shè)備精度適合，最大原板寬度:5000 mm適合玻璃板厚度:1.5～19 mm切割直線度精度:±0.5 mm切割對角線精度:<3 m板長:±1 mm3～6 m板長:±1.5 mm切割直線度精度:±0.5 mm刀壓調(diào)節(jié)范圍:0～100 N最大回刀速度:3000 mm/s　 2 設(shè)備功能 2.1 優(yōu)化的切割功能在現(xiàn)場操作臺的觸摸屏上(或控制箱中)可以設(shè)定幾種常用產(chǎn)品和一種廢板規(guī)格,當(dāng)使用優(yōu)化切割時,橫切機(jī)可以根據(jù)人工檢測(或在線檢測設(shè)備檢測)的缺陷位置自動選擇合理的設(shè)定規(guī)格和廢板規(guī)格進(jìn)行切割,切割信息通過聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳送給后面輸送輥道。一般有以下幾種優(yōu)化方式:①按等級優(yōu)化切割,按不同等級切割,最大限度切取優(yōu)質(zhì)玻璃;②按產(chǎn)品規(guī)格優(yōu)化切割,根據(jù)不同質(zhì)量及堆垛區(qū)的堆垛情況切割成大、中、小不同規(guī)格的玻璃; ③按市場銷售情況進(jìn)行優(yōu)化切割,可優(yōu)先及最大限度地切割市場急需的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格。 2.2 花切功能設(shè)定幾種花切規(guī)格比例,與縱切機(jī)聯(lián)鎖完成,同時生產(chǎn)不同規(guī)格的玻璃。這樣可以滿足一條生產(chǎn)線同時生產(chǎn)多種規(guī)格的要求,若采用機(jī)械化堆垛,則可以解決堆垛機(jī)的堆垛周期不夠的問題,也可以減少堆垛機(jī)數(shù)量,節(jié)省投資 2.3 邊部跟蹤切割功能橫切機(jī)與邊部跟蹤控制系統(tǒng)聯(lián)鎖,可實(shí)現(xiàn)橫切機(jī)的落刀點(diǎn)、抬刀點(diǎn)的位置變化,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)最大范圍切裁合格板的功能,增加生產(chǎn)線在不正常時的切裁率,特別生產(chǎn)在飄移量變化很大的時候 2.4 全線跟蹤切割功能橫切機(jī)與全線控制聯(lián)鎖可實(shí)現(xiàn)全線對不同規(guī)格、不同質(zhì)量的玻璃跟蹤到不同目的地(落板、堆垛等) ,并可記錄每垛玻璃的質(zhì)量及每片玻璃的缺陷及位置; 2.5 提示功能具有檢測缺油、斷氣及故障提示功能。 2.6 自動化功能與斷橋傳感器聯(lián)鎖,可以在玻璃斷板時自動抬刀。 2.7 周期性能夠周期性地切割一定規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品。 3 設(shè)備控制 (1) 采用高性能、高性價比的 GE 9030 PLC及高性能松下數(shù)字式智能交流伺服驅(qū)動系統(tǒng),配合特別研發(fā)且經(jīng)過長期考驗(yàn)的控制軟件,使系統(tǒng)不僅具有很高的控制精度,并達(dá)到了靈敏與穩(wěn)定的完美結(jié)合。 (2) 所有的參數(shù)都可在觸摸屏上設(shè)置,包括板長、板寬、起始點(diǎn)、落刀點(diǎn)、返回速度及加減速、手動調(diào)試速度、測量輪及對角線校準(zhǔn)、橫掰控制參數(shù)及限位保護(hù)設(shè)置等參數(shù)。 (3) 自動切割過程中,隨時可操作抬刀、落刀,使刀具可以跳過炸裂的玻璃帶,既保護(hù)刀具,又避免出現(xiàn)長尺寸的玻璃帶。 (4)
