摘 要
本文分析國(guó)內(nèi)外振打裝置技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀和電除塵器振打裝置的工作原理，確定了采用既結(jié)合了我國(guó)的實(shí)際情況，又具有普遍性的側(cè)部撓臂錘振打的設(shè)計(jì)方案。針對(duì)目前側(cè)部撓臂錘振打存在的一些問題提出改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)方法。本文利用Solidworks快速建立機(jī)械零件的三維實(shí)體繪圖和三維裝配這種功能強(qiáng)大的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助繪圖和設(shè)計(jì)軟件，對(duì)側(cè)部撓臂錘振打裝置的各個(gè)組成部分進(jìn)行實(shí)體造型設(shè)計(jì)與裝配，較完善的對(duì)側(cè)部撓臂錘振打裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)展示和設(shè)計(jì)。
