油泵調(diào)節(jié)墊片沖壓工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì) 摘要本設(shè)計(jì)題目為油泵調(diào)節(jié)墊片沖壓成形工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了板類(lèi)沖壓零件的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過(guò)對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊并吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用沖壓成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了工件的成形工藝及模具成形結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)制件質(zhì)量的影響。介紹了油泵調(diào)節(jié)墊片沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要注意的要點(diǎn)，通過(guò)對(duì)制件進(jìn)行工藝分析，可確定制件的成形加工用一套復(fù)合模即可。從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā)，對(duì)油泵調(diào)節(jié)墊片沖壓模具的各主要尺寸進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算，以確定各工作零件的尺寸，從模具設(shè)計(jì)到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述，并應(yīng)用 CAD 進(jìn)行各重要零件的設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞：復(fù)合模；工藝分析；模具零部件的加工工藝。 Adjust pump gasket stamping die design AbstractThe design entitled pump gasket adjustment stamping process and die design.The requirement，content and direction of the design of the stamps forming plate parts are embodied on this stamping die design. The designer’s foundation knowledge of the stamping die design is reinforced and is able to design more complex stamping die through the design.This design the elementary knowledge which designs using the stamping formation craft and the die, first has analyzed the work piece formed craft and the die forming structure to the workpiece quality influence. Introduced a regulation pump gasket stamping die design of the main points of attention should be paid to, through carries on the craft analysis to the workpiece, may determine the workpiece the formed processing uses set of superposable dies. Embarks from the control workpiece size precision, regulation of the oil pump gasket stamping die size of all the major theoretical calculation, by determined each work components the size, designs from the die to the spare part processing craft as well as the assembly craft and so on carries on the detailed elaboration, and carries on each important components using CAD the design.Key words: compound die； process analysis；processing of die parts.
