摘要
冷沖壓是一種先進的金屬加工方法，它是建立在金屬塑性變形的基礎上，利用模具和沖壓設備對板料金屬進行加工，以獲得所需要的零件形狀和尺寸。
本課題研究墊片的沖壓模具的設計，通過對工件的分析采用復合模進行生產(chǎn)。復合模的主要優(yōu)點是生產(chǎn)率和精度高，適合大量生產(chǎn)。其缺點是模具結構復雜，不易制造。
本課題的內(nèi)容包括，排樣設計、凸模設計、凹模設計、沖裁力計算、壓力中心的確定、沖壓機構的選擇，模具刃口尺寸確定和結構設計等。
