摘要：本設(shè)計(jì)課題為礦泉水瓶蓋注塑成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了部分螺紋類塑料零件的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者注塑模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的注塑模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了模具的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、材料的特性塑件的成分及性能要求，為選取澆口的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后估算了塑件的體積，便于選取注塑機(jī)及確定型腔數(shù)量；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及推出裝置的選取。
本塑件有螺紋結(jié)構(gòu)，但螺紋較淺，為了減少工時(shí)、節(jié)約成本可以強(qiáng)制脫模。本副模具的設(shè)計(jì)中，上斷面下部，有一個(gè)較博的圓環(huán)，在制造時(shí)加工不方便，但可以制造小電極，采用電火花技術(shù)。
