手機外殼注塑模設(shè)計

摘 要: 本次設(shè)計的制品為ABS手機外殼注射模設(shè)計，利用Pro/E來完成制品模三唯模型，利用CAD來完成其裝配圖和零件圖。模具采用了側(cè)抽芯，使側(cè)向的筋和肋能更好的脫模。模具結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、工作可靠、操作方便、運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、冷卻效果好、勞動強度低、生產(chǎn)效率高、生產(chǎn)的塑件精度高、生產(chǎn)成本低。本文從型腔數(shù)量和布局的確定、注射機選擇、流道的設(shè)計、模板及其標準件的選用、冷卻系統(tǒng)、成型部件的設(shè)計等給出了詳細的設(shè)計過程。
