摘要
本設(shè)計(jì)題目為卡扣注塑模設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了卡扣類塑料零件的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者注塑模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的注塑模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求，為選取澆口的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后估算了塑件的體積，便于選取注塑機(jī)；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及推出裝置的選取。
本塑件屬于卡扣類零件，其四周有側(cè)凹的，因此設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)必須有側(cè)向抽芯。考慮到制件腔體較深，對(duì)型芯的包緊力較大，所以采用推件板推出結(jié)構(gòu)，這種推出結(jié)構(gòu)推出力大且均勻，有助于保護(hù)制件，非常適合在本副模具中使用。

This design topic buckles the note mold design for the card, manifested the card to buckle the pseudoplastic components the design request, the content and the direction, had certain design significance.Through to this components mold design, further strengthened the designer to pour the mold design the elementary knowledge, for designed the more complex injection molding mold to complete the upholstery and to absorb a more profound experience.
This design the elementary knowledge which designs using the plastic formation craft and the mold, first analyzed has modelled a ingredient and the performance requirement, has prepared for the selection runner type; Then estimated has modelled a volume, was advantageous for selects the injection molding machine; Finally analyzed has modelled a characteristic, the definite mold design variable, the design main point and promoted the installment the selection.
This models to belong to the card to buckle kind of components, it all around has the side concavely, therefore designs time must have laterally pulls out the core.Considered the workpiece housing is deep, is big to the core package tight strength, therefore uses pushes a board to promote the structure, this kind promotes the structure to promote the strength to be big also to be even, is helpful in protects the workpiece, suits extremely in this mold uses.
