壓縮包內(nèi)含有CAD圖紙和說明書,均可直接下載獲得文件，所見所得，電腦查看更方便。Q 197216396 或 11970985 摘 要模具是制造業(yè)的重要工藝基礎(chǔ)，在我國模具制造屬于專用設(shè)備制造業(yè)。模具工業(yè)是汽車產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和大批量生產(chǎn)的重要組成部分。汽車前軸油封蓋作為汽車的零部件之一，伴隨著汽車業(yè)的高速發(fā)展，便要求快速的生產(chǎn)效率，及沖壓得到的成品需要達到較高的精度以便滿足所需的安全性能。以此為前提，分析其外形特征，需要完成落料拉深切邊翻邊沖孔，共五道工序才能成型。通過工藝性分析，確定了適合給定生產(chǎn)條件的最佳工藝方案，即落料拉深復(fù)合沖壓、單工序切邊沖壓、翻邊沖孔復(fù)合沖壓的模具組合，共三副模具。本文分析了工件的沖壓工藝性，確定零件的凸緣性質(zhì)、拉深件的尺寸要求、拉深次數(shù)、切邊余量，從而計算出毛坯尺寸，完成零件的排樣設(shè)計；根據(jù)圓角半徑、凸凹模之間的間隙、尺寸公差，計算出凸、凹模刃口尺寸，確定凸模長度，凹模厚度；計算模具所需的沖壓力，完成卸料裝置、擋料銷、頂出裝置、推件裝置的模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，以及壓力機規(guī)格的選擇；根據(jù)凸模、凹模的尺寸選擇模架、導(dǎo)柱、導(dǎo)套、模柄、墊板、固定板；對每副模具的工作過程，模具的裝配流程進行了詳細的說明，并對模具的凸模、凹模、凸凹模的加工工藝進行了分析。根據(jù)分析計算得出的零件尺寸繪制了模具裝配圖和零部件圖。完成零件的沖壓工藝分析與模具設(shè)計。關(guān)鍵字：工藝分析；模具設(shè)計；繪制零件圖AbstractMould is the important technical foundation of manufacturing. In our country, mould manufacture belongs to special equipment manufacturing industry. Mould industry is automotive product development and an important part of mass production. It needs high-speed production efficiency, and the presswork needs to achieve high precision in order to satisfy the required safety performance. For this premise, analysis its appearance characteristics, considering the finished product complete blankingdeep drawingtrimmingflangingpunching, a total of five processes. Through the analysis of process and determined the suitable for a given the best process program production conditions, combination of three molds. That is, gang dies of blanking and deep drawing, singleprocess mode stamping trimming stamping, gang dies of flanging and punching. Analyze stamping process of workpiece，determine the flange nature, parts drawing parts size requirement, deep drawing number, trimming surplus, and calculated the blank dimensions, complete blank layout design; According to the fillet radius, the gap between die and punch, dimension tolerance, calculate the convex, concave die size, determine the length of the punch, concave die thickness; Calculating the die the blunt pressure, complete the die design of unload device, block material pin, ejector device, pushing a device structure, and press specifications choice; According to the punch, concave die size selection of formwork, guide pin, guide set, die handle, pad, fixed board; For each vice the working process of the die, die assembly process makes a detailed instruction, and to mould the punch, concave die, die and punch processing technology is analyzed.To draw assembly drawing and parts drawing.
