鍋蓋成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
本文設(shè)計(jì)了一套沖孔,落料,拉深復(fù)合模和一套單工序模。簡(jiǎn)要介紹了當(dāng)前沖壓模具的發(fā)展形勢(shì),其未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。文中對(duì)加工零件進(jìn)行工藝分析,經(jīng)過(guò)分析和對(duì)比,采用沖孔,落料,拉深工序,經(jīng)過(guò)沖裁力、頂件力、卸料力等計(jì)算,確定壓力機(jī)的型號(hào)。再分析對(duì)沖壓件加工的模具適用類(lèi)型,選擇所需設(shè)計(jì)的模具。得出需要設(shè)計(jì)的模具類(lèi)型后,將模具的各工作零部件設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程表達(dá)出來(lái)。在設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)的第一部分,主要敘述了沖壓模具的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,說(shuō)明了沖壓模具的重要性與本次設(shè)計(jì)的意義,接著是對(duì)沖壓件的工藝進(jìn)行分析,確定了工藝方案。第二部分,設(shè)計(jì)零件排樣圖,完成了材料利用率的計(jì)算。再進(jìn)行沖裁工藝力的計(jì)算和沖裁模工作部分的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,為選擇沖壓設(shè)備提供依據(jù)。最后是主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選擇。設(shè)計(jì)模具零件圖和裝配圖,以及模具的成型。

Lid Molding Process and Mold Design
Abstract
This design carries on blanking, piercing and drawing compound dies design. Through accessing to informations, and analyzing the technologic properties of processing parts, We decide to carry on blanking, piercing and drawing processes. After calculating the quantitative value of the blanking force, the kicking force and the stripping force, We selecte the appropriate press equipment. Analyzing of the stamping dies for processing the application, to select the desired type of mold design, then We express the design process of the working parts. In the first part of the design specification, The article briefly outlines the press die at present development condition, Illustrates the importance of stamping die and the significance of this design, then, the article analysises the process of stamping, after that, we identify the technology program. In the second part, We design parts’ layout diagrams, calculate the utilization of material and the magnitude of edge blanking process, to provide a basis for selecting press equipment. In the last part, We briefiy design the major components and select standard parts, and also design the graphs of mold parts and the graphs of die assembling, and the forming of the mold.
