摘要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要是對(duì)斜齒輪注射模的設(shè)計(jì)，包括工藝方案的分析及確定、工藝計(jì)算、模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算等內(nèi)容。由于該塑件是傳動(dòng)工程件且阻滑紋為圓柱紋，故在設(shè)計(jì)中主要解決了該塑件的分型面選擇、型腔數(shù)目的確定、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。采用了旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)盤式分型抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)脫模。從而保證了齒輪的精度、其孔的同軸度和螺旋齒廓的精度。
