旋轉(zhuǎn)式管端成型機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),旋轉(zhuǎn),式管端,成型,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 遼寧工程技術(shù)大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 摘要 管端成型作為空調(diào)設(shè)備不可缺少的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一，國內(nèi)專門制造用于管端成型的通用機(jī)床比較少，大多數(shù)都是專用機(jī)床，生產(chǎn)效率比較高，但是靈活性小，對(duì)于不同管件的加工具有一定的局限性。目前國內(nèi)脹管法主要分為機(jī)械成型,管端偏心回轉(zhuǎn)成型,利用NC工作機(jī)的管端成型,無模成型四種方法。 該機(jī)用于將鋁管或銅管管端加工成杯狀、喇叭狀，適用于批量生產(chǎn)，而且也可滿足其它材料管件的脹形加工。目前，國內(nèi)專門制造用于管端成型的通用機(jī)床比較少，大多數(shù)都是專用機(jī)床，生產(chǎn)效率比較高，但是靈活性小，對(duì)于不同管件的加工具有一定的局限性。目前，國內(nèi)專門制造用于管端成型的通用機(jī)床比較少，大多數(shù)都是專用機(jī)床，生產(chǎn)效率比較高，但是靈活性小，對(duì)于不同管件的加工具有一定的局限性。因此本課題設(shè)計(jì)的這一產(chǎn)品具有較高的使用價(jià)值和普遍性。 關(guān)鍵詞：管端成型機(jī)；脹形加工；專用機(jī)床  Abstract The jet formation takes one of air-conditioning plant essential important links, domestic makes specially uses in the jet formation the general engine bed being quite few, majority is the special purpose machine, the production efficiency is quite high, but the flexibility is small, has certain limitation regarding the different fitting's processing. At present the domestic expanding tube law mainly divides into the machinery formation, the jet bias rotation formation, uses the NC working machine's jet formation, the non-mold takes shape four methods. This machine uses in the aluminum tube or the copper pipe jet processes the shape of cup, the loudspeaker shape, is suitable in the volume production, moreover may also satisfy other material fitting's bulging processing.
