摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)題目為斜齒輪組件塑料注塑模,但對(duì)做畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的畢業(yè)生有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義,它概括了斜齒輪組件塑料零件的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向。通過(guò)對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者注塑模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ),為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的注塑模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
通過(guò)對(duì)方案的選擇:從零件圖上分析:該零件總體形狀為帶凸緣的斜齒輪組件,形狀簡(jiǎn)單,結(jié)構(gòu)合理且制件的壁厚均勻,在兩邊相交的部分也都設(shè)有圓弧過(guò)渡,在成型時(shí)塑料在模具型腔內(nèi)流動(dòng)阻力相對(duì)較小有利于制品的成型。本塑件是斜齒輪組件在齒輪外側(cè)的齒槽與開(kāi)模方向不一致且它們之間有一個(gè)螺旋的角度所以在脫模時(shí)必須考慮設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)能在開(kāi)模時(shí)隨著開(kāi)模過(guò)程的進(jìn)行使塑件和型腔同時(shí)旋轉(zhuǎn)一個(gè)角這樣才能在開(kāi)模時(shí)順利把制件頂出,在本副模具的設(shè)計(jì)中,在頂管的尾部安裝了推力軸承,在開(kāi)模時(shí)頂桿頂動(dòng)軸承蓋及軸承座使推塊上升,在上升的過(guò)程中,由于塑件及推塊同時(shí)發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),直到塑件脫出型腔。這種機(jī)構(gòu)脫??煽浚O(shè)計(jì)方便且在模具中占用空間較小,非常適合在本副模具中使用。相信不久本模具投入市場(chǎng)一定能帶來(lái)很好的效益服務(wù)大眾,服務(wù)社會(huì)。

This kind of organization drawing of patterns reliable, the design convenience also takes the space in the mold to be small, suits extremely in this mold uses. Can unquestionably bring very good benefit and serve the general public to invest the market while believing a mould soon, serve the society.
