第一課時
Step 1 Warming up and revision (詳見PPT)

Step 2 Presentation
Work on 1a.
Today we'll learn the numbers 10-31 in 1a, Section B. Listen to the recording and repeat the numbers.
Work on 1b.
1. Then point to some numbers and ask students to say them
3、out. Ask students to finish writing the numbers individually.
2. Tell Ss that some of the numbers are in the wrong order. Check the answers.
3. Let Ss find out the rules of the numbers.
(1)13~19的規(guī)律:個位數(shù)字后加-teen。注意:thirteen, fifteen, eighteen例外。
(2)21~29及31~39等數(shù)字的規(guī)律:twenty或thirty后加連字符,再加個位數(shù)。

(3)20、30等表示幾十的數(shù)字,大部分的構成形式為:個位數(shù)后加-ty。注意twenty, thirty, forty, fifty等的拼寫。
4. Game.
(1)Count the numbers from one to thirty-one. But when you count to the multiples of “7” or the numbers which contain “7”, you should not count, instead, say “next”.
e.g. one, two, three, four, five, six, “next”, ei
5、ght, nine, ten…thirteen, “next”, fifteen, sixteen, “next”…
(2)Ss work in groups of ten to twelve people and play the game.
Step 3 Listening
Work on 1c.
Listen and circle the numbers you hear in 1a.
Work on 1d.
1.Ss look at the picture in 1d. Kate and her mother are talking about some clothes
6、. Ask one student to name the various items of clothing shown. Ask another to point at the price tags and read them aloud.
2.Now let's listen to the recording again and check the thing Kate buys.
Step 4 Work on 1e: Pair work
Ss work in pairs like this:

Step 5 Homework
1. Recite the conversation in 1c & 1d.

Step 1 Warming up and revision
1. Game.
Stand up and say the numbers one by one and clap after every three numbers
