摘要：根據(jù)3合1洗發(fā)水瓶的用途和使用要求進(jìn)行分析，合理設(shè)計(jì)3合1洗發(fā)水瓶的形狀造型結(jié)構(gòu)，包括容積、壁厚、外形、底部和瓶口螺紋等的設(shè)計(jì)，并根據(jù)吹塑工藝選擇制3合1洗發(fā)水瓶的材料。3合1洗發(fā)水瓶吹塑模設(shè)計(jì)，采用平行移動(dòng)式模具，設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括模具材料選擇、模具型腔、模具主體、冷卻系統(tǒng)、切口部分、嵌塊部分、排氣孔槽和導(dǎo)向部分等。根據(jù)本次設(shè)計(jì)的3合1洗發(fā)水瓶的功能、材料及各個(gè)工藝特點(diǎn)，吹塑工藝采用擠出吹塑，3合1洗發(fā)水瓶的成型包括成型設(shè)備和成型工藝條件等的分析設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract:According to the function, material and process characterists of mineral water bottles, the blow process used extrusion blow in this paper, The forming of mineral water bottles contained the analysis and design of moulding equipments, moulding process conditions, etc.According to the3 in1shampoo bottle uses and requirements analysis, rational design of3 in1shampoo bottle shape modeling structure, including volume, wall thickness, shape, the bottom and the bottle mouth screw and the design, and according to the blow molding process selection for3 in1shampoo bottle material.3 in1shampoo bottle blowing mold design, using parallel movable mold, the design content includes mold material selection, mold cavity, the mold body, cooling system, cut, insert part, exhaust hole groove and the guide part.According to the design of the3 in1shampoo bottle features, materials and various process characteristics, blow molding process using extrusion blow molding,3 in1shampoo bottle molding includes forming device and process conditions analysis and design.
