摘 要
我國目前原煤的破碎一般采用錘式破碎機或齒輥式破碎機。錘式破碎機是以高速運動的錘頭打擊物料，在破碎腔內受到相互破碎沖擊和剪切，可控性很差，容易產生過粉碎，而且對入料度有限制，不適合煤炭的粗、中碎作業(yè)。而齒輥式破碎機是在齒的作用下對物料進行劈碎，破碎后的物料直接排出，因此破碎粒度比較均勻。目前的雙齒輥破碎機由于整體結構的不合理和破碎齒磨損快不能修復等原因，使用效果大大降低甚至很差。2PGC—450×500新型雙齒輥破碎機是在吸取國內外先進技術的基礎上研制和設計出來的高強力破碎機，很有發(fā)展前景和市場前景。
