Abstract

This design through analysis of plastic entity, according to the product and plastic properties determine the number of plastic injection moulding production. The product is designed for medium-volume production, and as a fastener products, mold design should take into account after injection molding product quality problems, while pouring system to automatically release, thus to ensure the surface quality of plastic parts using the gate, and selection of injection mold for the three parting surfaces, that is, "213" opening, point the gate structure. Coursing Center of mold cavity layout, gating system using point gate molding, introduced in the form of putting out punch rollout of the finished plastic part.
