[摘 要] :
分析了吸塵器彎管連接頭的工藝特點(diǎn)，介紹了成型該塑件注射模的對(duì)開式側(cè)抽芯結(jié)構(gòu)及滑塊連桿式圓弧側(cè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)，闡述了模具的工作過程及注意事項(xiàng)。模具設(shè)計(jì)中關(guān)于抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)是一個(gè)難點(diǎn)，合適的抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)直接關(guān)系到產(chǎn)品的合格與否，設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)既要考慮模具的機(jī)構(gòu)要求，同時(shí)也要考慮模具設(shè)計(jì)的成本問題和制品要大批量生產(chǎn)等因素，最終采用液壓抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)，應(yīng)付產(chǎn)品在脫模過程中的彎頭，提供了較大的抽拔距和抽拔力，并且通過連桿和軸的運(yùn)動(dòng)使得抽芯順利抽出。本文重點(diǎn)介紹了這種抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)及其設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)，以及產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中的一些注意點(diǎn)。

Abstract :
Has analyzed the craft characteristic which the vacuum cleaner elbow piece company attaches, introduced takes shape should model to inject the mold to start out from opposite directions folio the type side to pull out the core structure and the slide long rod circular arc side pulls out the core organization continually, elaborated the mold work process and the matters needing attention. In the mold design about pulls out the core organization is a difficulty, appropriate pulls out the core organization to relate directly to the product is qualified or not, when design already must consider the mold the organization request, at the same time also needs to consider the mold designs the cost question and the product want factor and so on mass production, the connecting rod and the axis movement to pull out the coresmoothly to extract. This article introduced with emphasis this kind pulls out the core organization and its the design main point, as wellas in product production process some limelight.
