摘要
本文在分析手持式電動旋蓋機存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上，介紹了套筒式電動旋蓋機的結(jié)構(gòu)特點和工作原理，并依據(jù)該機在水泥廠的使用效果、實測數(shù)據(jù)和計算結(jié)論，說明該機無論在理論還是實踐中都是一種高效、節(jié)能的理想旋蓋設(shè)備。套筒式旋蓋機是通過對單筒旋蓋機的單一筒體改為疊在一起的兩筒或三筒，以縮短旋蓋機的外形尺寸。該機工作時，物料和熱氣流依次進入內(nèi)外筒體，在旋蓋機內(nèi)作“V”或“N”形往復(fù)折流后，充分利用熱能旋蓋物料后再卸出。該旋蓋機筒體部分由兩個筒軸水平放置的內(nèi)外套筒組成，內(nèi)通為一錐筒，外筒為直筒，這就使通體的截面得到充分利用，其筒體外形總長度約為相當?shù)膯瓮驳?0％－60％，從而大幅度的減少了占地面積和廠房建筑面積。套筒式旋蓋機將以其結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、占地面積小、熱效率高、投資省、適應(yīng)性強、運轉(zhuǎn)可靠等特點，為水泥廠的原、燃料旋蓋提供了一種較理想的旋蓋設(shè)備。
