本模具設(shè)計題目為落料合模,此零件需一道工序完成，體現(xiàn)了復(fù)雜零件的設(shè)計要求,內(nèi)容及方向.具有一定的設(shè)計意義,通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計者沖壓模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的沖壓模做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深該的經(jīng)驗.
本設(shè)計運(yùn)用沖壓模具設(shè)計與制造工藝基礎(chǔ)知識,首先分析了E形零件的外形,尺寸,精度要求,進(jìn)行了工藝分析,考慮到此零件形位要求較高,采用單工序模工藝方案.然后根據(jù)零件的外形尺寸計算毛坯總體尺寸,設(shè)計排樣圖及計算材料利用率及壓力中心最后計算出工作部分尺寸,模具總體尺寸,總體尺寸包括工作零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,卸料裝置的設(shè)計以及固定零件的設(shè)計與運(yùn)用.
本模具的特點(diǎn)是推板在彈頂器,頂桿的作用下,處于最上位置,定位板固定坯料,上模部分下降,用凸凹模成零件,用頂料裝置把工件頂出,開模時可使工件抬起,便于取件.
