從按照功能劃分部門的固定組織形式向動態(tài)的自主管理的小組工作方式轉(zhuǎn)變。在先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)中,現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng)在吸收計(jì)算機(jī)集成制造系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)秀成果的基礎(chǔ)上,繼續(xù)推動并行工程、虛擬制造、敏捷制造和動態(tài)聯(lián)盟的研究工作深入進(jìn)行,并不斷吸收先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)中的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和先進(jìn)思想,將它們進(jìn)行推廣應(yīng)用,由此使現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng)成為先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的核心,具體說明如下: 1、并行工程(CEConcurrent Engineering): 并行工程是集成地、并行地設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品及其相關(guān)過程(包括制造過程和支持過程)的系統(tǒng)方法。它要求產(chǎn)品開發(fā)人員在一開始就考慮產(chǎn)品整個生命周期中從概念形成到產(chǎn)品報廢的所有因素,包括質(zhì)量、成本、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和用戶要求。為了達(dá)到并行的目的,必須建立高度集成的主模型,通過它來實(shí)現(xiàn)不同部門人員的協(xié)同工作;為了達(dá)到產(chǎn)品的一次設(shè)計(jì)成功,減少反復(fù),它在許多部分應(yīng)用了仿真技術(shù);主模型的建立、局部仿真的應(yīng)用等都包含在虛擬制造技術(shù)中,可以說并行工程的發(fā)展為虛擬制造技術(shù)的誕生創(chuàng)造了條件,虛擬制造技術(shù)將是以并行工程為基礎(chǔ)的,并行工程的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展就是虛擬制造技術(shù)。同時,并行工程是在CAD、CAM、CAPP等技術(shù)支持下,將原來分別進(jìn)行的工作在時間和空間上交叉、重迭,充分利用了原有技術(shù),并吸收了當(dāng)前迅速發(fā)展的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的優(yōu)秀成果,使其成為先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)中的基礎(chǔ)。 2、虛擬制造(VMVirtual Manufacturing): 虛擬制造利用信息技術(shù)、仿真技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)對現(xiàn)實(shí)制造活動中的人、物、信息及制造過程進(jìn)行全面的仿真,以發(fā)現(xiàn)制造中可能出現(xiàn)的問題,在產(chǎn)品實(shí)際生產(chǎn)前就采取預(yù)防措施,從而達(dá)到產(chǎn)品一次性制造成功,來達(dá)到降低成本、縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期,增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品競爭力的目的目前,虛擬制造技術(shù)已經(jīng)在國外有所應(yīng)用,例如:美國Boneing公司設(shè)計(jì)的一架VS-X虛擬飛機(jī),可用頭盔顯示器和數(shù)據(jù)手套進(jìn)行觀察與控制,使飛機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)人員身臨其境地觀察飛機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)果,并對其外觀、內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)及使用性能進(jìn)行考察;國內(nèi)的研究剛剛起步,主要集中在三個方面(1)產(chǎn)品虛擬設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù): 主要包括虛擬產(chǎn)品開發(fā)平臺、虛擬測試、虛擬裝配以及機(jī)床、模具的虛擬設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)等。其中清華大學(xué)利用美國國家儀器公司的Labview開發(fā)平臺實(shí)現(xiàn)了鎖相電路的虛擬(2)產(chǎn)品虛擬制造技術(shù) 主要包括材料熱加工工藝模擬、加工過程仿真、板材成型模擬、模具制造仿真等。北航與一汽用OPTRIS開發(fā)的板料成型軟件已經(jīng)基本能夠模擬類似車門的中等復(fù)雜程度的汽車覆蓋件和其他沖壓成型件的沖壓成型過程;(3)虛擬制造系統(tǒng) 主要包括虛擬制造技術(shù)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)支持、開發(fā)策略等。從以上的論述中可以看到國內(nèi)外研究水平差距是很大的,而且由于虛擬制造技術(shù)既是并行工程的發(fā)展方向又是敏捷制造的核心,這就決定我們必須以它作為現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng)的中心技術(shù),以帶動相關(guān)技術(shù)的研究工作的進(jìn)行,并使它們協(xié)同一致順利地發(fā)展。 3、敏捷制造(AMAgile Manufacturing): 敏捷制造是以競爭力和信譽(yù)度為基礎(chǔ),選擇合作者組成虛擬公司,分工合作,為同一目標(biāo)共同努力來增強(qiáng)整體競爭能力,對用戶需求作出快速反應(yīng),以滿足用戶的需要。為了達(dá)到快速應(yīng)變能力,虛擬企業(yè)的建立是關(guān)鍵技術(shù),其核心是虛擬制造技術(shù),即敏捷制造是以虛擬制造技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的。敏捷制造是現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng)從信息集成發(fā)展到企業(yè)集成的必由之路,它的發(fā)展水平代表了現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展水平,是現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展方向。 4、綠色制造(GMGreen Manufacturing): 綠色制造是一個綜合考慮環(huán)境影響和資源效率的現(xiàn)代制造模式,其目標(biāo)是使得產(chǎn)品從設(shè)計(jì)、制造、包裝、運(yùn)輸、使用到報廢的整個產(chǎn)品生命周期中,對環(huán)境的影響(負(fù)作用)最小,資源的使用效率最高。綠色制造的提出是人們?nèi)找嬷匾暛h(huán)境保護(hù)的必然選擇,發(fā)展不能以環(huán)境污染為代價,國際制造業(yè)的實(shí)踐表明,通過改進(jìn)整個制造工藝來減少廢棄物,要比處理工廠處理已經(jīng)排放的廢棄物大大節(jié)省開支。綠色制造的實(shí)現(xiàn)可以通過計(jì)算機(jī)仿真來達(dá)到目的,即它是虛擬制造的一部分。從可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的觀點(diǎn)看,綠色制造是必然選擇,它將成為現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng)的一個重要的組成部分。 從以上的分析中我們可以看到:各種先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)是相互關(guān)聯(lián)、彼此交叉的,在先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)這一大廈下,現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng)成為它的核心,并隨著先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展而發(fā)展,即現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該是一個動態(tài)的概念。我國現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展策略 在市場競爭的推動下,先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)發(fā)展十分迅速,新思想、新概念層出不窮,通過對現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng)與先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)關(guān)系的分析,我們認(rèn)為在制定我國現(xiàn)代集成制造系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展策略時,應(yīng)該注重以人為本的思想,運(yùn)用并行工程的哲理,使各種先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)相互銜接、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,并不斷吸收先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的成熟成果,為先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)在我國的廣泛應(yīng)用起到促進(jìn)的作用。所以我們應(yīng)該做到: (1)以企業(yè)需求為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以“甩圖板”工程為契機(jī),大力普及CAD技術(shù),幫助企業(yè)進(jìn)行人員培訓(xùn),提高企業(yè)人員的素質(zhì)(其中包括技術(shù)水平、勞動態(tài)度、道德水平等),不斷提高企業(yè)的管理水平,在計(jì)算機(jī)集成制造系統(tǒng)成功示范企業(yè)中及時推廣并行工程,并適當(dāng)宣傳虛擬制造、敏捷制造等思想和技術(shù),為企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 (2)在技術(shù)的先進(jìn)性方面,不要過度追求世界領(lǐng)先,應(yīng)該根據(jù)企業(yè)實(shí)際要求,解決實(shí)際問題,力爭盡快創(chuàng)造效益,以此取得企業(yè)的支持并獲得資金上的幫助,以便形成良性循環(huán),促進(jìn)研究工作的進(jìn)一步開展。同時,應(yīng)該參與國際合作,跟蹤國際研究動態(tài),當(dāng)然,也可以適當(dāng)引進(jìn)一些關(guān)鍵的、有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ募夹g(shù),進(jìn)行消化和創(chuàng)新,縮短我國與世界先進(jìn)水平的差距,保持一定的技術(shù)領(lǐng)先性。 (3)針對我國科研力量分散的弱點(diǎn),仿照分散網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)的思想,利用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò),開展合作研究,建立分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)化研究中心,協(xié)調(diào)一致進(jìn)行科技攻關(guān)。所謂分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)化研究中心就是利用信息技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)對現(xiàn)實(shí)研究活動中的人、物、信息及
