自行車腳蹬內(nèi)板沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計
摘要：本設(shè)計題目為端蓋落料拉深復(fù)合模設(shè)計，體現(xiàn)了帶凸緣筒形零件的設(shè)計要求、內(nèi)容及方向，極有設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計，進一步豐富了本人冷沖模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，為今后設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊并獲取了更豐富的經(jīng)驗。
本設(shè)計運用沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了制件的形狀及生產(chǎn)可行性，為合理選取沖壓工藝方案做好準備；然后估算了落料毛坯的體積，便于排樣；最后分析模具結(jié)構(gòu)，確定模具的設(shè)計參數(shù)、設(shè)計要點及卸料裝置的選取。
本制件是帶凸緣的筒形件，選擇合適的壓邊力是極為重要的，它具體應(yīng)在保證不起皺的前提下取最小值。卸料板在落料前兼起壓料作用。 本復(fù)合模具先由凸凹摸與落料凹模進行落料拉深工序，后進行沖孔工序。此外，在排樣的工作中力求板材利用率達到較高的水平。
