2019-2020年外研版高中英語必修3《Module 1 Europe》(Period 1)word教案 Ⅰ. 教學內(nèi)容分析 本模塊以Europe為話題,介紹了幾座著名的歐洲城市。通過模塊教學,學生要學會運用所學詞匯描述自己所了解的城市,介紹城市的所在位置;教師要引導學生正確認識和看待歐洲經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,激發(fā)學生努力學習、建設祖國的雄心壯志。 Introduction 部分通過填充歐洲地圖,使學生對歐洲一些國家的國名、首都及地理位置做一個初步了解,引發(fā)學生進一步探究的興趣。 Reading and vocabulary部分通過閱讀對Paris, Barcelona, Florence,和Athens 四座歐洲名城的介紹,讓學生學會相關詞匯,并了解如何寫城市介紹。 Function部分通過對一些表方位的介詞短語的介紹,讓學生學會說明一個地點的確切方位。 Grammar 1 部分通過觀察課文中的例句,要求學生了解被動語態(tài)的使用。 Listening 部分通過聽取一段三人間的對話對Cardiff, Valencia和Edinburg進行了介紹,讓學生獲取信息,完成相關練習,進一步了解歐洲名城。 Writing 部分通過讓學生進一步獲取信息來加深對歐洲城市的了解,并根據(jù)所獲取的信息加寫介紹歐洲城市人文環(huán)境的段落,使課文信息更加豐富。 Grammar 2 部分列舉了以集合名詞作主語的句子,讓學生考慮主謂搭配,并通過練習加以鞏固。 Pronunciation and Everyday English 部分通過聽力練習,讓學生掌握反義疑問句的語調(diào)變化,了解升調(diào)和降調(diào)的使用規(guī)律。 Cultural Corner部分是對歐盟的介紹,讓學生了解歐盟有哪些成員國及歐盟的發(fā)展史。 Task部分是對本模塊所學內(nèi)容的一個復習和應用,要求學生小組活動,查找資料,利用本模塊詞匯設計一個資料包,介紹中國一個地區(qū)或城市。 Module File部分有助于學生對本模塊內(nèi)容進行歸納,對自己的學習進行總結和檢驗。 Ⅱ. 教學重點和難點 1. 教學重點 (1) 掌握與城市發(fā)展相關的詞匯; (2) 學習主謂一致及被動語態(tài)的語法功能; (3) 學習運用不同的介詞表達不同的位置。 2. 教學難點 (1) 聽懂與城市介紹相關的表達,正確理解并使用新詞匯; (2) 注意主謂一致的表達; (3) 學會從地理位置、歷史、人文等多個角度來介紹一座城市或地區(qū)。 Period1 Introduction & Function 課題: Module1 Europe Period1 Introduction & Function 學情分析 There are 2 parts in this period. From the introduction part, the students will be able to know some European countries and their capitals, while the Function part focus on describing location. To motivate the Ss’ enthusiasm in taking part in the classroom activities, I can organize a group competition to decide which group will do the best in completing the tasks. 課程目標 知識與能力 Help Ss get familiar with the name of some European countries and the main cities. Get Ss to describe the location of a country or a city in the similar way. 過程與方法 Train Ss speaking ability via the individual performances. Write similar sentences. Help Ss get prepared for reading. 情感態(tài)度與價值觀 They can know more about European countries from the Introduction and also know how to describe their favourite places in an acceptable way via Function part. 重點 Improving the students’ oral ability. Description a place. 難點 How to help Ss improve their speaking ability. How to help Ss make to describe a place. Get the Ss to read the words in the table. 2. Get the Ss to fill in the blanks. 3. Get the Ss to do the Match with the map in pair. Step 3 Function 1. Read the sentences and write similar sentences about Tianjin Italy is in the south of Europe. Portugal is to the west of Spain. Barcelona is on the northeast coast of Spain. The UK is off the northwest of Europe. 2. Now do you know how to describe location? Paris is situated ____the River Seine. There is a mountain _______France and Italy. Barcelona is a city ____the coast of Spain. Britain is an island ____the coast of Europe. France and England face each other ____ the English Channel. Mongolia is ________China and Russia. China is ________________of India. Guangzhou is ___________of China. Shenyang is _________Beijing and Harbin. Chongqing is situated ___the Yangtze River. The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is______________of China.
