1WX-90型植樹挖穴機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要：現(xiàn)代新型挖坑機(jī)的研發(fā)主要向系列化、多功能和高性能方向發(fā)展。本植樹挖坑機(jī)是針對目前使用廣泛的江蘇50型四輪拖拉機(jī)配套而設(shè)計(jì)的。懸掛式挖坑機(jī)采用與拖拉機(jī)三點(diǎn)懸掛式聯(lián)接，即鉆頭在懸掛支臂的一端，支臂的另一端置于拖拉機(jī)懸掛支點(diǎn)上。
本挖坑機(jī)主要是對傳統(tǒng)的懸掛式植樹挖坑機(jī)的傳動(dòng)部分和挖掘部分的改進(jìn)。在主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)方面，根據(jù)江蘇50型拖拉機(jī)的傳動(dòng)參數(shù)，合理的設(shè)計(jì)錐齒輪的傳動(dòng)比以及強(qiáng)度計(jì)算等。在總體設(shè)計(jì)方面，盡量簡化挖坑機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)，減少其零件數(shù)目，以降低成本。對于雙螺旋葉片設(shè)計(jì)，其直徑由下往上逐漸減小，其螺旋夾角也由下往上逐漸減小，以避免鉆頭工作時(shí)與塘壁發(fā)生碰撞和摩擦等情況，提高了工作穩(wěn)定性。
