Maybe you can visit your cousin .(二)情感態(tài)度目標(biāo):簡單了解中國、美國各大主要城市在國家領(lǐng)土內(nèi)的地理位置。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生熱愛祖國,熱愛家鄉(xiāng)的思想感情,并初步建立與其他英美國家建立良好邦交關(guān)系,待人友善的意識。三、 教材分析本課是新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英語第八冊第八模塊的第一單元 New York is in the east.主要教授的內(nèi)容是第八模塊第一單元的單詞,句型和課文。本課的重點內(nèi)容是方位的表達(dá)方法。重點單詞有:east, west, south, north, The US, country, cousin. 另外有兩個城市New York和Los Angeles也比較重要。重點句型為in theof, 表達(dá)一定范圍內(nèi)部的方位,比如,Qingdao is in the east of China. 課文圍繞一副美國地圖展開討論,大明和薩姆討論了大明的堂兄居住的地方,并希望能夠有一天去美國參觀。教學(xué)重點及難點重點 : east , west, north, south, where He lives in the east of the US .
