摘要
本設計內(nèi)容包括橫軸式掘進機裝載機構結(jié)構方案、總體布置、傳動系統(tǒng)、設計參數(shù)進行處理分析以及進行設計。并對裝載機構減速器進行設計和計算。通過這次設計使自己對掘進機的裝載機構、驅(qū)動裝置、組成原理、減速器等有更深入的了解。在本次的設計過程當中,利用所學的理論方法和專業(yè)知識,把課本知識運用到實際生產(chǎn)中。更重要的是,這個設計學習的過程會使我受益頗多,期間所掌握和發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題與理論,都對我將來的學習生活產(chǎn)生難以衡量的重要意義,對我將來要從事的行業(yè)大有裨益。

Abstract
A shearer is a tunneling and tunnel construction of important facilities, it has cutting, loading, transport, independent transportation, dust performance. Loading mechanism and the gear unit design and calculation. The aim is that by the design of the TBM own loading mechanism, consisting of a deeper understanding of the principles. During the design process, I will try to be familiar with the loading mechanism and gearbox design, the use of theory learned and expertise, the textbook knowledge into actual production. More importantly, this design will make the learning process I learned a lot, possession and found problems during and theory, both for my future learning lives difficult to measure the importance of the trades I'm gonna be a great benefit.
