摘要
帶式輸送機(jī)是輸送散狀物料的重要設(shè)備之一,以輸送帶作牽引和承載構(gòu)件,通過承載物料的輸送帶的運(yùn)動(dòng)作物料連續(xù)輸送設(shè)備,它廣泛應(yīng)用于煤炭、冶金、礦山、港口等領(lǐng)域,隨著科技技術(shù)的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,對(duì)設(shè)備的要求性能越來越高,而彎曲阻力是輸送機(jī)的主要運(yùn)行阻力之一,其在日常工作使用中帶來不必要的浪費(fèi)與損耗,為了詳細(xì)研究輸送帶彎曲阻力,并為研發(fā)節(jié)能型輸送帶提供測試工具,本文設(shè)計(jì)一種橡膠輸送帶彎曲阻力測試試驗(yàn)臺(tái)。
本文首先根據(jù)給定的試驗(yàn)臺(tái)參數(shù)對(duì)其主要零部件如張緊缸、壓下缸等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和校核;然后根據(jù)已有的輸送帶彎曲阻力數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)彎曲阻力進(jìn)行了估算,對(duì)電機(jī)、減速器等零部件的運(yùn)行參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,并計(jì)算和分析結(jié)果為依據(jù),對(duì)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)中滾筒、托輥等零件的型號(hào)和生產(chǎn)廠家進(jìn)行了選取;最后為了驗(yàn)證所設(shè)計(jì)的試驗(yàn)臺(tái)能夠滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,采用Pro/E對(duì)建立了試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的三維虛擬樣機(jī)模型,對(duì)模型的結(jié)構(gòu)、質(zhì)量及整機(jī)的裝配和干涉情況進(jìn)行了分析和驗(yàn)證,再利用ANSYS對(duì)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)分析和模態(tài)分析,對(duì)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的強(qiáng)度和動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行了分析和校核,分析結(jié)果表明所設(shè)計(jì)的彎曲阻力試驗(yàn)臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)合理、強(qiáng)度能夠滿足使用要求。

With type conveying machine is conveying bulk-like material of important equipment one of, to conveying with for traction and hosted component, through hosted material of conveying with of movement for material continuous conveying equipment, it widely application yu coal, and metallurgical, and mine, and port, field, with technology technology of progress and development, on equipment of requirements performance increasingly high, and bent resistance is conveying machine of main run resistance one of, its in daily using in the brings not necessary of waste and loss, to detailed research conveying with bent resistance, And to provide test tools for the development of energy-saving conveyor belts, designed to a rubber conveyor belt bending resistance test-bed.
Paper first according to given of test Taiwan parameter on its main parts as zhang tight cylinder, and pressure xia cylinder, for has design and check; then according to has some conveying with bent resistance mathematics model on bent resistance for has estimates, on motor, and reducer, parts of run parameter for calculation, and calculation and analysis results for according to, on test Taichung drum, and supporting roll, parts of model and production manufacturers for has selected; last to validation by design test Taiwan of can meet design requirements, used Pro/ E on established has test Taiwan of three dimensional virtual prototype model, on model of structure, and quality and the machine of Assembly and interference situation for has analysis and validation, again using ANSYS on test Taiwan for statics analysis and die state analysis, on test Taiwan of strength and dynamic characteristics for has analysis and check, analysis results showed that by design of bent resistance test Taiwan structure reasonable, and strength can meet using requirements.
