摘 要：順丁烯二酸二乙酯是一種重要的精細化工中間體，是用于生產有機磷農藥馬拉硫磷的重要物質，也是合成高分子化合物的單體。本文主要介紹了年產500噸順丁烯二酸二乙酯車間工藝中分離苯、乙醇共沸物和順丁烯二酸二乙酯精餾塔的具體設計。根據(jù)物料衡算確定了填料精餾塔的工藝參數(shù)及塔體類型，得到純度較大的順丁烯二酸二乙酯。

—The design of packing distillation column
Abstract: Maleic acid diethyl ester is an important fine chemical intermediates, it is important for material production of organic phosphorus pesticide malathion, and it is also the synthesis of macromolecule. This paper mainly introduces the design of packing distillation column process for an annual output of 500 tons of concrete along the separation of benzene, ethanol azeotrope and maleic acid ethyl ester. According to material balance, the types of process parameters of packed distillation tower and tower body were determined.
