摘要
通過對煙氣進(jìn)行除塵、脫硫、除氮、脫氟等處理,從而減少廢氣中粉塵、硫氧化物、氮氧化物和氟化物的含量,以達(dá)到排放要求。對于除塵工藝,對設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和性能以及效率各方面進(jìn)行考慮,對多種的除塵器進(jìn)行比較,最終采用的是袋式除塵器,因?yàn)樘沾蓮U氣中的粉塵基本上接近或?qū)儆诔?xì)粉塵,而袋式除塵器處理微小粒徑的粉塵,具有效率高、性能好、操作簡單等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)采用活性炭吸附聯(lián)合除硫脫銷,主體設(shè)備是類似于吸附塔的活性炭固定床吸附器, 煙氣中SO,在活性炭表面被氧化產(chǎn)生稀硫酸氣溶膠,從而被活性炭很好的吸附。向吸附塔中噴氨氣,與NO 在活性炭的催化還原作用下生成N,可實(shí)現(xiàn)脫硝的目的。吸附有SO 的活性炭進(jìn)入吸附器加熱再生,再生出的SO 氣體可以通過Clause反應(yīng)回收硫,再生后的活性炭可以反復(fù)使用。
氟化物的處理采用XFP系列含氯廢氣凈化裝置,采用石灰石和電石渣進(jìn)行中和多級處理,使氟離子生成氟化鈣而沉淀,凈化后的廢氣通過除沫,去掉水分后由煙囪排出。

Abstract
The waste gas via to proceed dedusting, desulfuration, denitrogenate, defluorination grade disposals etc,in order to decrease the concentration of mill dust, sulfur oxides, oxides of nitrogen and fluorid in waste gas, with the purpose of effluent specification. Baggy precipitator was chosen for dust removing,as it is better than other precipitator in considering the factors of economy and capability and efficiency. Because mill dust in ceramics waste gas basically approach or belong to ultra fine dust,and baggy precipitator take on a series of merits such as efficiency high , performance best, simplicity of operation in disposing minuteness particle diameter mill dust.
This compose adopt active carbon to adsorb sulfur and saltpetre,the main adsorption equipment is a active carbon fixed bed adsorber similarly adsorption tower. SO2 in fume is oxidationed to be sulphurric acid aerosol in active carbon surface, in order to adsorped well by active carbon. NH3 sprinkled into adsorption tower,react with NOX under the catalytic reduction effect of active carbon,and become N2 to realize denitrifying goals . The active carbon which adsorpted SO2 go to thermal regeneration by sprinkling hot vapour,then sulphur in the regenerative SO2 gasses can be reclaimated by pouring the regenerative SO2 gasses into CLAUS equipment.Last the regeherative active carbon could be overlayed .
Fluorid's disposal adopt XFP Series chlamydospore waste gas cleaning plant . This technics adopt limerock and carbide slag to process multilevel counteract processing,in order to become Fluorine ion into calcium fluoride and then sedimentate. Purgative waste gas vent through the stack after being took out moisture via scum off .
