裝配圖ZH1105氣缸蓋三面鉆組合機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì),裝配,zh1105,缸蓋,三面鉆,組合,機(jī)床,設(shè)計(jì) 基于三維的柴油機(jī)氣缸蓋組合鉆床總體及夾具設(shè)計(jì)摘要：本設(shè)計(jì)課題來源于鹽城市江淮動(dòng)力集團(tuán)。柴油機(jī)氣缸蓋是需要大量生產(chǎn)的零件，為了提高加工精度和生產(chǎn)效率，需要設(shè)計(jì)一種組合機(jī)床來改善柴油機(jī)氣缸蓋的加工情況。本組合機(jī)床是針對ZH1105柴油機(jī)氣缸蓋上面排氣道面上2M107H螺紋底孔，井氣道上4M107H螺紋底孔，G3/8放置螺塞底孔同時(shí)加工的需要而設(shè)計(jì)的。該設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容包括總體設(shè)計(jì)和夾具設(shè)計(jì)兩方面。在總體設(shè)計(jì)中分析了被加工零件的加工工藝性，選擇了加工的定位基準(zhǔn)及夾緊方案，合適的切削用量、刀具、及機(jī)床的配置型式，合適的結(jié)構(gòu)方案等，同時(shí)完成了“三圖一卡”的繪制。在夾具設(shè)計(jì)方面，采用了專用夾具，用符合六點(diǎn)定位原則的“一面兩孔”定位方案消除工件的六個(gè)自由度，使工件獲得穩(wěn)定可靠的定位，并有同時(shí)加工零件兩個(gè)表面的可能，能高度集中工序。夾緊裝置則選用比較安全、可靠、方便的液壓夾緊裝置，使夾緊平穩(wěn)可靠。本組合機(jī)床效率高，成本低，加工精度高，操作使用方便，減輕了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高了勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率，滿足了設(shè)計(jì)需要。關(guān)鍵詞：組合機(jī)床；夾具；柴油機(jī)氣缸蓋Based on the 3D engine cylinder head of the overall composition of drilling and fixture designAbstract: The design project is from Jiangdong Dynamic Group, Yancheng. Considering a large quantity of parts needed by diesels, a modular machine tool is designed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of diesel production. The combination of machine tools against ZH1105 diesel engine exhaust, cylinder head above surface 2 M10-7H thread bottom outlet, gas wells over the 4 M10-7H thread bottom outlet, G3 / 8 at the same time placing Bottom. The design is mainly focused on both the overall design and jig design. The overall design makes detailed analysis of processing techonology, choice of the positioning datum of processing, grip program, proper cutting parameters, cutting tools, the configuration types of machine tools, the proper construction program and so on. Meanwhile the drawing of “Three Charts and One Card” (automatic drawing process chart, size relation chart, machining schematic diagram and production calculating card) are completed. As far as jigs are concered, a special fixture are employed with the aid of the three platforms positioning program according to the principle of six points positioning to eliminate the six degrees of freedom of workpiece for a stable and reliable positioning, and the synchronous processing of two surfaces of parts which can simplifying the process. The safer, more reliable and convient hydraulic grip devices are employed for a stable and reliable grip. The charateristics of effiecy, low cost, high processing accuracy, easy operation, the machine tool are obtained to relieve the labor internsity, improve efficiency which meets the requirements of the design.Key Words: Modular machine tool; Fixture; Diesel engine cylinder head
