【溫馨提示】 dwg后綴的文件為CAD圖，可編輯，無水印，高清圖，壓縮包內(nèi)文檔可直接點(diǎn)開預(yù)覽，需要原稿請自助充值下載，請見壓縮包內(nèi)的文件及預(yù)覽，所見才能所得，請細(xì)心查看有疑問可以咨詢QQ：414951605或1304139763 橋式起重機(jī)總體方案及起升裝置的設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名：祝耀欣 班級：088105441指導(dǎo)老師：劉文光摘 要：本論文課題是設(shè)計(jì)由電力驅(qū)動(dòng)的50/10t橋式起重機(jī)中的機(jī)構(gòu)。這些機(jī)構(gòu)是起重機(jī)的主要組成部分。正是這些機(jī)構(gòu)，使起重機(jī)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)其價(jià)值，取代人力搬運(yùn)貨物，既減輕勞動(dòng)者的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，降低裝卸或搬運(yùn)的費(fèi)用，減少貨物的破損，又能提高生產(chǎn)率，在生產(chǎn)過程中進(jìn)行某些特殊的工藝操作，從而提高了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。橋式起重機(jī)主要由金屬結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)械部分（機(jī)構(gòu)）和電氣設(shè)備三大部分組成。機(jī)械部分主要包括起升機(jī)構(gòu)和運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)等。起升機(jī)構(gòu)是最重要和最基本的機(jī)構(gòu)，沒有起升機(jī)構(gòu)就不能稱其為起重機(jī)，其工作的好壞直接影響整臺起重機(jī)的工作性能；運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)包括小車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)和大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)，它是實(shí)現(xiàn)起重機(jī)將貨物橫向和縱向移動(dòng)的機(jī)構(gòu)。本次設(shè)計(jì)是按照起升機(jī)構(gòu)部分進(jìn)行的。起升機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)包括起升機(jī)構(gòu)布置方案的選擇、卷筒的設(shè)計(jì)、鋼絲繩的選擇，以及電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器、制動(dòng)器、制動(dòng)輪和聯(lián)軸器的選用和設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算；利用AutoCAD按照確定好的各機(jī)構(gòu)布置方案和設(shè)計(jì)的尺寸生成裝配平面圖，可以初步的檢查出各個(gè)零件設(shè)計(jì)是否合理，是否影響裝配。通過生成裝配平面圖，可以直觀的確定設(shè)計(jì)的正確性，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)初的設(shè)想。關(guān)鍵詞：橋式起重機(jī)；起升機(jī)構(gòu) 指導(dǎo)教師簽名：IDesign of Overall Program of Bridge Crane and Hosting MechanismStudent name:Zhu Yaoxin Class: 088105441Supervisor: Liu WenguangAbstract ：The design of some organizations in the electric drive 50/10t bridge crane is designed in this paper. These organizations are the main constituents of this crane. Because of these organizations, the hoist crane enables to realize its value, instead manpower transporting cargo, both reduces workers labor intensity, reduces loading and unloading or the transporting expense, reduces the breakage of the cargo, and can enhance the productivity, carries on certain special craft operation in the production process, thus enhanced the economic efficiency.The bridge crane mainly consists of the metal structure, the machine part (organization) and the electrical equipment. The machine part mainly includes the lifting mechanism and the movement organization. The lifting mechanism is the most important and the most basic organization, if not these organization ,it was not able to call the hoist crane, its work quality direct influence the operating performance of the crane; The movement organization including the car movement organization and the large cart movement organization, which can realizes the cargo crosswise and the longitudinal shift.This design defers to the lifting mechanism. About designing the lifting mechanism, which includes the organization scheme of arrangement choice, the reel design, the steel wire choice, as well as electric motor, reduction gear, brake, brake pulley and shaft coupling selection with design calculation. According to determined using AutoCAD various organizations scheme of arrangement and the design size production assembly horizontal plan, may preliminary inspection each components design whether reasonably, whether affects the assembly.
