摘 要
本研究以棉稈等硬莖稈為研究對象，通過對秸稈原料特性的分析，確定切碎原理和方法，設(shè)計出動力消耗低、粒度大小滿足壓縮成型要求的秸稈切碎機(jī)。推動我國目前綜合開發(fā)利用農(nóng)作物秸稈資源的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和實(shí)際應(yīng)用。
通過對原始數(shù)據(jù)的分析、方案的論證比較和有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的分析計算，主要完成了切碎機(jī)的總體設(shè)計，電動機(jī)的選擇以及傳動方案的分析、比較與選擇等內(nèi)容。在此基礎(chǔ)上對切碎機(jī)機(jī)體 的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸、驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)軸的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸、V 帶傳動等設(shè)計應(yīng)用價值進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計算和說明。
該機(jī)主要是由切碎器、變速箱和喂入機(jī)構(gòu)、喂入槽、甩拋裝置、帶傳動、電動機(jī)組成。其原理是秸稈由喂入槽喂入，在喂入機(jī)構(gòu)作用下將其壓實(shí)并卷入機(jī)構(gòu)，被動定刀片組成的切碎器切碎，最后由拋送裝置拋出機(jī)外。

ABSTRACT
