膜片夾片注塑模設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
本設(shè)計(jì)題目為膜片夾片注塑模設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了側(cè)抽芯類塑料零件的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者注塑模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的注塑模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求，為選取澆口的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后估算了塑件的體積，便于選取注塑機(jī)及確定型腔數(shù)量；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及推出裝置的選取。
本塑件的上端都有凸臺，且塑件比較小，所以采用斜導(dǎo)柱側(cè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)，與側(cè)滑塊配合，能夠順利的完成側(cè)向抽芯分型，模具結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，工作效率較高。由于需要側(cè)向抽芯，故采用推桿脫模機(jī)構(gòu)，這種機(jī)構(gòu)脫模可靠，設(shè)計(jì)方便且在模具中占用空間較小，非常適合在本副模具中使用。

Abstract

The top of the plastic parts have a boss, and the relatively small plastic parts, so the use of oblique derivative side column core-pulling mechanism with the side of the slider with the smooth completion of the lateral sub-type core-pulling, mold structure is simple and more efficient high. Core-pulling because of the need to side, so putt Demoulding adopt institutions that Demoulding reliable, convenient and design space in the mold of smaller, very suitable for the use of the die deputy.
