播 要:研究了復(fù)合片外圖房刑用陶近結(jié)合刑金明石砂輪的制備工藝只其應(yīng)用■確定了合適的工藝歩數(shù). 結(jié)果表明*自制Li-Al-B-Si-0系低溫陶近結(jié)合劑含童在22%?26%時,矽輪的綜合,14能達(dá)到最伐: 砂輪中舟料濃度越高,使用效果越好,隨矽輪中房軒濃度的增加?砂輪的性價
2、比遂漸提離,當(dāng)濃度達(dá)列 210%時?矽輪的壽令達(dá)到瓷砂輪比樹脂砂輪的壽令提高2?3倍,且單件復(fù)合片的庭利效率提高 約30%$所研甸的低溫陶先金剛石砂輪妹合柱能達(dá)到國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先水平具有較高的性價比.

The results show that: grinding wheels give the best comprehensive performances when the self-made Li-Al-B-Si-0 series vitrified bond content is about 22% ? 26%; diamond concentration brings good effect on its application until
5、 the concentration up to 210%f the wheel reaches the longest life; working life of vitrified bond grinding wheel are much longerf about 2?3 times more than resin wheel and efficiency of grinding a single PDC can be improved about 30% compared to resin wheel; comprehensive performance of the develope
