Unit 1 Friendship 一、教學內容:Warming up; Pre-reading; Reading and comprehending (page. 1-3) 二、教學目標: 1.能力目標 在本節(jié)課結束時,學生能夠 1.在小話劇中學習團隊合作,練習使用相關單詞。 2.簡單介紹主人公安妮所生活的時代背景以及她的悲慘遭遇 3.簡單描述人物由于環(huán)境變化而造成的思想感情的變化。 4.在同學和教師的幫助下正確理解結構較為復雜的句子。 5.初步掌握skimming 和scanning兩種閱讀技能,找出關鍵信息。 2. 目標語言 ?重點詞匯和短語 Netherlands, German, outdoors, thunder, entirely, power, curtain, dusty, go through, set down, a series of, on purpose, in order to, at dusk, face to face, no longer ?難句(非本單元重點的句型只要求理解,不要求加以運用) 1.I wonder if it’s because I haven’t been able to be outdoors for so long that 2.I’ve grown so crazy about everything to do with nature. 3.I can well remember that there was a time when a deep blue sky, the song of the birds, moonlight and flowers could never have kept me spellbound. 4.For example, one evening when it was so warm, I stayed awake on purpose until half past eleven in order to have a good look at the moon by myself. 5.It was the first time in a year and a half that I’d seen the night face to face … 3. 文化目標 ?了解友誼的內涵,學會如何和朋友相處。 ?簡單了解二戰(zhàn)時期納粹德國迫害猶太人的歷史以及猶太人的悲慘命運。 ?通過閱讀《安妮日記》體會作者在處于惡劣生活環(huán)境之下渴望友誼、朋友、大自然的心境,保持樂觀的人生態(tài)度,更加珍惜和平和穩(wěn)定帶來的幸福生活 教學步驟 一 Lead-in 2min Let us read this proverb together--- A life without a friend is a life without sun. I believe we all have friends in our life. But are they good friends? We should ask ourselves whether we are good to our friends first. Now let’s enjoy some short plays acted by Class 5/6. 設計意圖:通過諺語引出朋友在我們生活中很重要。己所不欲勿施于人是交友的良方,引入到Warming up這一部分。 二 Warming up. 10min Enjoy 9 short plays acted by students. In total 9 groups. (The survey part is changed into several short plays. 提前告知學生如何排練,將問卷改為對話式,需包含問題內容并演繹出情境,每組時間最多一分鐘,小組自行安排分工) 設計意圖:讓學生將問卷改為小話劇表演,即可以激發(fā)學生學習興趣,也可以在小組討論劇本表演時將這一部分單詞知識熟練應用。 三 Pre-reading. 3 min Now we understand that friends are important in our life and we should treat them the way we want be treated. But does a friend always have to be a person? What else can be your friends? (Group discussion) 2min Now please take out your text book, turn to page 2. Now observe the passage carefully and find out how parts it contains and what the different parts are about. 設計意圖:1.通過思維導圖,小組討論擴展學生思維。 2.觀察課文組成以了解文章篇章結構使閱讀思路更為清晰。 四 Reading. 3min+2min+5min+10min 1. Scan the first part and fill in the form below. Anne’s best friend When Where The time her family started to hide How many years did they hide 設計意圖:鍛煉學生快速尋找信息的能力。 Think Why Anne didn’t choose a person to be her friend? 2.Read the letter and answer the following question.What did Anne miss most and the reason? 3. Read the second paragraph and try to understand Anne’s feelings as she was looking out at the night sky. With your deskmates, brainstorm some adjectives to describe her feelings. Why did her feelings change? 設計意圖:以上三個問題引領學生進行深度思考,以體會安妮在處于惡劣生活環(huán)境之下渴望友誼、朋友、大自然的心境,建立樂觀的人生態(tài)度;在小組討論中提升學生的思維品質;提高學生的語言表達能力。 4. Find out sentences that are hard to understand and try to analyze them. 設計意圖:通過小組合作,學生自己找出并嘗試解決重難點句子,加深學生對重難點印象,增強學生對重點句型理解,提高部分學生分析能力。 五 After-reading. 4min Imagine you have to go into hiding like Anne and her family. What would you miss most? Give your reasons. 設計意圖:培養(yǎng)學生批判性思維,提升學生思維品質,鍛煉口語表達能力。 六 Homework 1min Use the sentence patterns learned today to create your own sentence. Work in group. 設計意圖:讓學生通過小組合作方式學習重點句型的用法,讓學生親身體驗學習過程,造自己喜歡的句子,印象會更為深刻,作業(yè)也會發(fā)揮出應有的意義。- 配套講稿:
